Inspired by Wanda and Vision in Civil War <3

(VISION IS SUCH A CUTE MOTHERF*CKER IN CIVIL WAR!!)

I ain't gonna spoil anything for anyone, but he looks adorable in that sweater :D

You, being an experiment along with Wanda and her twin Pietro, had gained mind powers like Wanda.

This meant you had a strong bond with Wanda, ever since her twin died fighting Ultron.

Just this morning, you had been out with Wanda, Steve, Sam and Natasha, hunting down thugs in Wakanda, when your powers backfired, and the explosion you were containing was let loose, blowing out half an office building, killing hundreds of civilians.

Since you came back, you had been hiding in your room in the Avengers Tower, with no desire to leave.

But in your miserable state, each Avenger came to visit you.

Steve tried to comfort you, then Natasha, and Sam.

Wanda came later, leaving a plate of food for you.

But you had no appetite, still shocked and guilty for this mornings events.

"Y/N, you must eat, your vital signs are beginning to decline."

You had seen Vision phase through the wall to your left, but had chosen to ignore it.

"I'm not hungry." "And I talked to you about privacy Vision, there's a door over there."

You mumbled, curling tighter into a ball, hiding yourself under a blanket.

"Wanda mentioned you were feeling extremely guilty after this morning in Wakanda."

Vision's voice held emotion, more than you'd ever heard from him.

"Wanda also mentioned you enjoyed cooking." "Perhaps we can make something from your hometown, to improve your mood, and get you eating again?"

He was very sweet towards you, no matter what.

And making a Russian dish sounded nice, especially now.

"That does sound good."

You stood, discarding the blanket and walking towards your door.

"I'm pretty sure we don't have most of the things I need in our cupboards, so I'm just going to the shops, okay?"

When you opened your door, you shrieked, finding Vision standing inches from you.

"Stop doing that!"

You stepped around him, when he stuck a hand out, barely catching your waist.

"It's dangerous going out at this time Y/N."

It was only 4 in the afternoon.

"Vision, are you not letting me leave?"

You looked up at him expectantly, watching him shift uncomfortably.

"Mr Stark has requested I keep you here, as to stop any more disasters happening."

This rubbed you the wrong way.

"He thinks I'm dangerous?" "If he wants dangerous, I'll give him fucking dangerous."

Your voice became murderous with the end of the sentence, and Vision retracted his arm.

"Y/N, please calm down, I don't like keeping you here either, but it is for your own good-"

You whipped around, snapping at him.

"Shut up!" "You pretend to be so high and mighty, that nothing gets to you, but guess what, humans have emotions!" "And I know you feel hurt, and sadness, and anger!" "So give up your little act!"

You never got mad at Vision, so he was quite shocked by your outburst.

"I feel much more than you think Y/N." "And I can feel my heart tightening with remorse at the fact I kept you here, knowing you would want to eventually leave."

You breathed deeply, ready to spit another snarky comment at him, when you felt his muscular arms wrap around your waist, pulling you into a hug.

"Wanda told me you may be needing one of these."

Now you felt even more guilt at the fact you got angry at Vision, taking your frustrations out on him.

"I'm so sorry Vision."

He let you go after a few seconds, stepping away.

"I will take you to the shops if you wish to go."

You smiled, nodding.

He waited patiently as you got a hoodie, converse and your wallet.

Surprisingly, Tony paid each of you 'Allowance', as he so childishly put it.

He walked behind you protectively for the few blocks to the Supermarket, blocking you from the hateful glares they sent.

While you picked out the things you need, he floated around behind you, getting the things you reached for on the top shelf.

Just as you were comparing two tomatoes, a man shouted from behind you.

"You're that woman, who destroyed the building in Wakanda!" "You killed my sister!"

You winced, but turned when you heard him throw something.

You used your abilities, stopping the bag in its tracks.

"I'm sorry for what I did." "But this will not change anything." "Remember your sister as you once did."

You dropped the bag, Vision phasing through the shelf behind the man.

"Do not blame Y/N, it was not her fault."

The man jumped, several shoppers turning to to stare at Vision as he floated inches off the ground.

"Vision, relax."

He followed your order, floating over to you, before touching down.

"I apologise Y/N."

You shrugged, putting the fresher tomatoes in your basket.

"It's just not worth it."

He followed you around for the rest of the trip, scooping up the bags after you had paid.

The two of you got back to the tower by 5, Steve and Tony having a spat when you entered the kitchen, Vision floating in behind you with the shopping.

"There you are!"

Tony then turned his attention to Vision.

"I told you to not let her leave!"

Steve stepped in, ready to argue, when you waved your hands, and each of their mouths were forcefully closed.

"I left because I needed to go food shopping." "Tony, I'm perfectly capable of keeping myself safe, but Vision was a welcome help." "Now take this elsewhere, before I make you."

Steve and Tony looked at each other as you let up on them, your blue magic disappearing from their mouths.

"Right, sorry Y/N."

The both of them shuffled away, muttering to each other angrily.

Vision sighed as he set the bags down on the counter.

"They are still arguing about signing the document."

You shook your head, beginning to unpack.

"I don't know what to do." "Now, how about you find me a big pot so we can get started?"

You spent the rest of the evening with Vision, feeling much better afterwards.
