The pups are human in this story and here's other things
1. Rocky DOES NOT fear water, he fears defeat.
2. I will still refer the pups as "pups" even though they're human.
3. If you've played Saints Row 3 then you'll know that the Saints refer to you as "Boss" in the game. I'm using a name I made for my character, Jack "Omega" Johnson (if you know someone with this name tell me. But my character will ALWAYS be referred to as "Omega"
4. Unlike the game all the districts will be conquered.
