As far as normal goes, at least in the kingdom of Dranwall, Kyler McCarthy wasn't quite up to standards. He was a rowdy boy among several dainty diplomats who constantly grumbled about why HE had to be chosen from that boarding school to live here. There were several other perfect candidates, but NOO, musty old Kelion thought he was PERFECT.
Kyler lived in a cottage, near the edge of the kingdom, with his mentor Dalios. Dalios was fairly well-respected in Dranwall, seeing as how he was their only soldier. Quick with a bow, and quick with a joke, Dalios was somebody everyone liked.
Kyler liked to run around the busy city streets during his free time, dodging barrels, livestock and sometimes even the butcher's cleaver. Today was one day where the latter was occurring.
