Intro

Thick glasses, and high knee socks. Kelsey was nothing close to popular. She didn't have a lot of friends. Only Julie, and Cameron. But they moved away, and ever since she's been skyping them from time to time.

  I'm Kelsey, and I'm going to start off by saying, I didn't mean for anything wrong to happen. It started out in the beginning of St. Chester's high school. I was a senior, and barely anyone knew me. I was walking to class, when all of a sudden a fight broke out between Hailey, and Sarah. They were best friends for as long as I could remember. All I saw was a huge crowd around them, I slowly walked closer to the crowd that was around them, curious of what was going on. "Dude, did you hear Sarah got with Hailey's boyfriend at Dave's party?" And from off of that, I knew what was going on.

  I was holding my books, and and all of a sudden someone pushed me into the fight. I looked flustered and then that's when Mr. Rogers walked barged into the crowd, over to the fight. He grabbed both of the girls by the collars of their shirt, and signaled me to follow him. I quickly walked behind him with my head down, and hands behind my back, nervous. Then we soon entered his office. "Girls would you like to explain to me what just happened out there?" he said looking angry. "Sir, it wasn't me, Hailey through the first hit." Hailey looked at Sarah angrily. "You're such a liar!" she said with a angry face.

  "Kelsey, did you see who through the first punch?" all eyes shifted to me, and I slowly put my head up. "Um.." I said biting my bottom lip. "It was.. Sarah." I didn't actually know who through the first punch, I said Sarah because I didn't know what to say, or how to say it. I was so nervous and shaky. "Is that so. Well, Sarah you're going to be suspended for two months, and Hailey you have detention for two weeks." He said happily, and waved his hand signaling us to walk out. "Thanks random girl." She said smiling. "Want to hangout with me during lunch?" I looked down at my flats. "Uh.. sure."

  If you didn't know, Hailey is one of the most richest people in Highland Town. Her father's father owned a oiling company years before her dad was born. And sense her father was the only child, when her grandfather passed away, all of the money left over went to her father. And plus her dad owns most of the houses is Highland. So her family is very rich. She also is the most prettiest, and popular girl in St. Chester. Every guy would jump off a bridge to be her boyfriend. Speaking of boyfriends, Hailey's boyfriend is Damion King, he's also really rich.

It was around lunch time, I was in the line waiting to get lunch when all of a sudden, these three guys formed a circle around me and started flirting with me. "Hey there lady, you look fine." one of them said, with a creepy smile. And I started to get nervous. Then out of nowhere, Hailey appeared. "Excuse me boys, may I help you?" they all moved away from me. "Hey random girl." Hailey said while walking with me in line. "Hi.." I said looking nervous as ever. "Skip this, just come to my table." she carefully grabbed me by the arm, and took me to her table. "Guys, and girls. This is..?" she stared at me. "Oh, uh I'm Kelsey." Everyone stared at me. And started laughing at me. Then one guy said, "Hailey, stop what're you doing? She isn't welcomed." Then Hailey's happy face, suddenly turned to a death face. And with one look at him, he quickly apologized. "Sorry.. uh Kelsey." Hailey sat down right next to her boyfriend, and patted the spot where she wanted me to sit.

After that, everyone continued talking to someone. "So, Kelsey are you new here or something?" She said smiling. "Uh.. no, I've been going to the same school with you since freshman year." She looked awkward. "Oh.. okay, I uh think I remember you." She said looking the other way. "Anyways, me the girls, and a few of the football players are going shopping, you should definitely come. I'll even pick you up. "Okay, cool.."

After school, I drove home with my bike. And ran straight to my room to pick out the best outfit I had. "Oh my god Kelsey, you seriously need major wardrobe updates." I thought to myself. I got dressed in the outfit I wore to a  family reunion. It had a denim jacket, and a floral dress and some white flats. I told my mom and dad I was going to the library. And once I walked out the house, I forgot one thing. Hailey's number. Then all of a sudden, and red convertible with two girls in the front, Hailey and Olivia Kross from St. Chester's cheer team. And two boys in the back Damion King, and Jordan Ross. Both best-friends, and play for St. Chester's football team as well. Hailey waved her hand signaling me to get in, and Olivia quickly moved to the back seat. I opened the door carefully, and got inside and buckled up.
