Chapter 11- Starting as a trainee

Karry's P.O.V

After eating lunch, I decided to help them get started. Firstly, I told them about what it was like to be a trainee and I shared stories of the painful training sessions we used to have. Jackson was shocked after hearing the story of Roy and his 'screaming' sessions.
"Hey Jackson, you OK there? Looks like you just went through a nightmare. Seriously, it's not that bad after you get used to it."- I said, trying to hold in my laugh.
"Um.... Haha, wow, I guess I'll love being a trainee..."- Jackson said with sarcasm.
"Anyways, let's get going to the company now."- Yoona said, as she started getting up from the dining table.
I decided to call the manager and ask if it would be OK if we come around for Jackson's trainee schedule. After getting ready, we got onto the car and went to the company. I could see Yoona starting to feel uncomfortable as she was always shifting around in her seat.
"Yoona? Are you OK?"- Jackson asked
"Yeah, I'm fine..."- Yoona said with a stiff face.

At upon arrival of the company, the manager gave Yoona an unwelcome looked before inviting Jackson, Roy and I into a room. He whispered some things to Yoona and I watched as she sulked and sat outside.
"Hey Jackson, I heard from EXO's manager that they wanted to promote you as an idol, is that correct?"- manager said.
"Yes, I would like to become a member of a group."- Jackson
"OK, can you show me your talent(s)?"- manager
"Of course, may I have some music please?" Jackson asked politely before standing up and getting ready to dance.

As Jackson was dancing, I noticed Yoona outside trying to look inside at what was going on.

"Karry? KARRY! Hello?!!!!"- manager yelled when I spaced out.
"Ahh! Yeah?"- I answered, confused
"*sigh* I said could you please pass me the contract?"- manager
"Oh... Sure!"- I said, as I handed him the contract that was on the table.

Jackson's P.O.V
Karry seems so strange today... Why was he looking outside? I decided to look outside and I saw Yoona look at me through the window. I smiled at her and turned back to the manager who was sorting out the papers. He handed me a a time- table with all of my practise times before the debut and then placed a pen in front of me. I signed the bottom of the timetable and was then handed with a contract. As he was stating the rules and policies, my eyes landed on a particular statement...
20. Cannot be in a relationship......
I looked up to Karry and he was fidgeting with his fingers and as soon as the manager said that no relationships were allowed, I felt as if the whole world just collapsed right in front of me.

Karry was about to say something before I messily signed the contract and stood up in a hurry.
"OK, thank you for your time. I think I need to go back to pack my things."- I bowed, before heading towards the door. I waited until Karry and Roy left before making my way out of the room we were in, but the manager pulled my hand and signalled me to stay behind. I nervously stood there while he whispered the words I never wanted to hear...

Mianhaeyo!!!!! Sorry for not updating! I attended a b'day party yesterday and ended up staying up until 3... Anyways, I will try update tomorrow....
