You and Roc have been going out for a while now and since he gets around a lot, he has hoes. And he still talks to some of them. But not on a relationship type level. He calls you and asks if he can come over one night so to talk. He knocks at the door and you open.

Roc: hey babe *kisses you on the cheek*

You: hi, come in.

Roc: I missed you. What have you been up too?

You: nothing roc. Why did you ask to come over?

Roc: oh um....about that...you might wanna sit down.

Roc leads you to the couch in the living room, taking off his coat and getting comfortable on the couch. As he gets comfortable a frown spreads across his face.

You: what's going on?

Roc: I...something bad happened.

You: what is it roc?

You're starting to get worried and irritated because he isn't telling you.

Roc: It...it's Kendal. She's pregnant.

Kendal is one of Roc's "hoes". They used to be together, but he broke up with her when he moved out here to be with you. They never stopped talking, but you dismissed it since he was with you.

You:....

Roc: I can explain, "Y/N"

You: don't. Just...just leave.

Roc: "Y/N", ple-

You: GET OUT.

Looking down at the ground, he gets up sadly, takes his coat, and heads towards the door. After he closes the door, you get up and walk towards it, to see if he's outside of it still waiting for you to open up again and forgive him. But he isn't.

Walking passed a table, there's a piece of paper on it folded perfectly.

You pick it up and open it

"I'm sorry."

Sorry wasn't good enough though.

And it never would be.
