She deserved a trillion more
Of everything:
Seconds, minutes, hours,
Days, months, years.
A trillion more
Horse rides, smiles, good mornings,
Laughs, hugs, see you laters,
Sunrises, sunsets,
And infinite moments.
She deserved a trillion more
Of 'somedays' and everything
She ever loved.
But all those trillion
'Somedays' have come to
A screeching halt.
But, God, don't we wish
We could give her
A trillion more of everything
Because she deserved that and more
But her life was cut far too short
To have them.
