I watched silently as he ran his thick, long fingers through his dark muddled locks, a look of pure boredom and frustration on his face as he stared at our rambling Maths teacher Mrs Lopez, dribbling her unnecessary nonsense as per usual.

It didn't matter, I was too distracted by his mesmerizing bad boy features to care.

Something about this guy had always intrigued me, it didn't matter whether I was in the middle of class doing my work like a good little girl does and he would walk in, or if I was just walking through the busy hallways. If I caught a glimpse of him, I just had to stop and look at him for a moment.

And most of the time, he'd look back too and give me a seductive little side smirk that had me squirming from the inside out.

I glanced away momentarily to listen to Mrs Lopez, who was still carrying on about the major importance of Algebra and how we're going to use it for everything post school (I highly doubt that). Don't get me wrong, she's a lovely lady, but Jesus.. She can hold on the same topic for hours on end, maybe next year I'll nominate her in for the Guinness Book For World Records as the "World's Greatest Unnecessary Crass Talker".

Yeah, that sounded like a good idea.

When my gaze wandered back over to the handsome Greek God over in the back corner, he was already staring at me.

Instantly, I felt the heat crawl up my neck to my already naturally rose tinted cheeks and turn them a deep crimson. I couldn't help but smile and averted my gaze immediately, attempting to cover my flaming cheeks with my long blonde hair. My pen had now suddenly become the most interesting object in the world to me, the way he made me feel and act after I hadn't even ever spoken to him before was not normal, I can't even go to sleep without him being the last thing on my mind before I drift into unconsciousness. It's like I'm under some kind of spell, one that makes me ultimately and undeniably attracted to him with every mortal fibre in my body..

The bell signalling the end of the day rang through my ears, dragging me from my train of thoughts.

I grabbed my mountain of books and waited behind while everyone else rushed off in a hurry to get home, after they had all left I walked quietly up to the secluded library.

Why am I here? You might ask, I have an exam to study for and I'm the only one that can be bothered to study for it. No, I'm not your cliché shy, good girl that's got a thing for the bad boy, I just care about my grades more than most do.

I called it quits for the day at about 5:30, after I'd read through so many text books and written so many notes that my brain started to hurt.

I check the date to see if my dad had work today, and to my disappointment he does. Which meant I had to walk a mile down the road to catch that stinking tram again.

On my way out I said goodnight to Mrs Winters, the librarian. Mrs Winters wasn't your typical cranky old librarian that shouted at you to be quiet every time you even breathed too loud. She was actually quite a lovely old lady, she used to be a really good friend of my mothers before she passed.

As I approached the glass sliding doors of the entrance to the school, I realized that it was now dark outside.

Great.

Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm afraid of the dark or anything. It's just the alley's that I have to walk through in order to get to the train station are creepy enough already in the day time, let alone at night.

It's time I get myself a car.. I have my licence and I have the money to get one, I can just never decide what car I want.

Tomorrow I'd go downtown and have a look, because frankly I'm sick of walking through these creepy ass alleyways where I have the possibility of being kidnapped or killed.
