Niall's POV.

The minute she stepped out of my room, all my anger faded away leaving only guilt. I'm not usually this short-tempered, but I hate it when people judge me. Especially people who don't even know me. The look on her face was eating me away. The fact that I was the one who made her feel that way.... . Still she shouldn't have said all of that stuff too me. It's not like I opted for this anyway.

I knew that if I didn't apologise, I won't be able to sleep tonight. My mind was racing and my heart pounding, as I hesitantly moved across my room, to the now empty, dark corridor. Searching up and down the hallway, I saw no one there. I stepped out of the guest room, wincing at the soft click it made. I started looking at the doors to the rooms in the hallway, searching for clues that would tell me that it was hers.

My eyes met a baby blue door, covered with posters and pictures. One of them being a poster of One Direction, my lips curled up into a small smile.

Reaching the door, I hesitantly knocked, softly. My stomach was churning, growing more nervous by the second, as I patiently waited.

The door opened with a soft creak, to reveal Hayley in shorts and a tee. I didn't notice it before, but I couldn't help it from having disturbing thoughts in my head.

God, she's hot.

My eyes quickly fall to the ground, trying my best to avoid looking into her bright blue eyes. All the events that happened a few minutes ago came flashing back. All that was in my mind was regret.

I should have been nicer to her.

When she looked up, her eyes grew wide as she saw me standing in front of her door. Her smile faded quickly and it was visible as it turned into anger.

"What are you doing here." she hissed. My lips turned into a frown. It's not like I was not expecting this, but it still wasn't a good feeling to be rejected, hated. Without thinking, I quickly stopped the door from closing. Hayley's frown grew deeper at her failed attempt to slam the door in my face.

Not. A Good. Idea.

How strong is she? She's a girl, for God's sake.

I winced as pain shot through my leg. God I never knew women to have so much force. I quickly put a mask on my face, not wanting to show her that I was hurt.

" Hey, we need to talk." My voice came out hoarse, from the yelling from before. She made a face of disprovement as I opened the door wide with my hand. I didn't ask for permission and barged into her room.

I looked around, and her room was really blue.

"What do you want to talk about." she asked, sighing. I could tell she didn't really mean it. Mean it or not, I was about to answer but she beat me to it.

" Look, if you just want to insult me or punch the wall beside me than you can go back to where you came from. Oh, and please do not bother to waste my time in the future. Thank you." She said oblivious to the fact that I was angry.

She then walked over to the door, and opened it, a gesture for me to get out.

" Actually I was here to apologize for what I did earlier. But now I won't even bother." I said, as I started walking towards the door. Before I stepped back out into the hallway, I turned and looked at her for one last time.

''You know, I really think that this could have been one of the best things to happen to either of us. But now.....'' I sighed and tilted my head.

''Now, I'm just going to go.'' I turned to leave the room. But at the last second, a small hand reached out and grabbed me by the arm.

''Wait.''
