I'm Alexis Romero, I'm 17 years old and I live in Los Angeles, California. My life has had some ups and downs. Starting off with my Dad abandoning my mother and I when I was just 2. My mother struggled raising me because we didn't have a lot of money. When I turned 17, I decided to start working to help my mom out.
I grabbed a newspaper while walking home from school , so I could see if they have a job available. When I got to the apartment, I plopped down on the couch and starting scanning the newspaper. Then something caught my eye, in the corner section of the paper was a ad looking for someone to work at Hemmings Co. I decided to call them and give it a shot. A nice women picked up the phone and I asked her when the interview was , and she said tomorrow at 12 noon. I was in luck tomorrow is Saturday, so I politely said Thank you.
I started preparing myself for tomorrow and I was now choosing what to wear. When I finally chose something that was formal and comfy, which is what I like.

The next morning.......
I woke up and looked at the clock, it was freaking 11 am and I rushed out of bed to take a shower and do my makeup. I was lucky the company was close by so I got there in 10 minutes. I checked my phone and saw it was 11:50 am, phew I had 10 minutes to prepare my self to meet my maybe new boss.
When the clock hit 12 I was called into his office and I was nervous asf. "Here I go" I said to myself.
