Yu-Gi-Oh! When Two Times Collide.

Chapter 2

Yuki POV

I opened my eyes to find a blond dude with a Brooklyn accent asking if my head was in one piece. "You ok Yug, you were thrown about in that crowd."

"Ugg, yah" I said, feeling my concussion from yesterday. "Do I know you?" They looked at me with concern, "are you sure you're ok Yugi?" Said a girl wearing shorts that were way too short for my taste. "Yes, and why are you calling me Yugi? Ow!" I said as I jerked up suddenly into a sitting position

"Hey Yugi, what's with the headband?" Said one of them who was tall, and had tan skin. He started walking towards me and I took some steps back. "Yugi are you Ok? Don't you recognize Tristan?" Said the girl. "Maybe he hit his head harder than we thought." 'They look just like Yugi's friends!' Yami said in my head through my Millennium Puzzle. 'Now you decide to pitch in?' I psychically said to Yami. 'They look like cosplayers, they're probably just confused you with one who's dressed like Yugi.'

"Or maybe Tristan's uglier than he remembers!" The blond boy chuckled. "I'll pound you so hard you won't recognize your own face!" Shouted the boy they called Tristan. The two boys started arguing and I took the chance to try to get away. As I started to back away slowly, then I bumped into someone. As I turned around I looked to see I tall scrawny kid, standing like he owned the whole world.

Seto POV

It was quite obvious that this person wasn't Yugi, but it was funny to see this girl squirm. She bumped into me and looked up at me. I was surprised how much she looks like Yugi, except her skin was a touch darker, her eyes were a darker shade of purple, and her hair was longer (or taller?),and she wasn't wearing a collar like Yugi, and had a hairband. "Hey Yugi, finally noticed how worthless you are?" I said trying to unnerve her. Suddenly a change happened on her face, instead of fear and confusion I could see disgust and anger. "You scrawny jerk, how about you shut your mouth before I do it for you!!"

I was taken back, I thought she would be just like Yugi, shy and timid. But this girl had guts. Everyone else had stopped talking and staring at the girl, she seemed to be on a role. "Now listen to me, I'm not your friend Yugi, MY name is Yuki. I was separated from my friends in that crowd! You insane cosplayers let me go!!" Then she ran off towards an alleyway. "Follow her! Maybe she knows where Yugi is!!" The mutt Joey said. Now that didn't make sense to me but everyone started following her, not wanting to be left behind I ran after them.
