Her name is Kohona and she is a "street" magician. She does request and stuff for money (as you can see in her tip jar). Right now she is casting a 'few' spells while organizing a date for the two love birds at the bottom.
(P.S If you are wondering why the people in the corner are so small it's because of a shrinking potion. My handwriting is reeaallyy small so you might not see it)
