~Dream~

I looked around, only to find myself in a room with a man just like me, except he was ten feet in height and had a tattoo of Prince Mecha Spark on the back of his left hand, although I couldn't see it under the glove he was wearing, I knew it was there. Sadly, I didn't notice the tattoo of an ever changing gear in black, silver, gold, and white above his heart with 'Primus' written in cursive underneath. I had a feeling he and I would share those things in the morning. It was pretty awesome though. "Yes, it is 'pretty awesome' Perseus. And yes, I can only talk to you because I know you will have a dream of this moment several trillion centuries after I have faded. And yes, I have faded. You are me, reincarnated, and no, I can't tell you how many people you were reincarnated from." I was confused. "Just one question. Why the tattoo?" He laughed, unknown to Percy that it was because he didn't notice the Primus tattoo, and then started morphing into the animal. It was Mecha Spark, but he was of such a size it was bigger than two Trojan Horses stacked on top of each other (the standing up way). I had to crane my neck just to see his stomach. I flopped on the floor to not have to hurt my neck too much. Chaos chuckled in my mind. "So I have your powers then?" Yes. You will be able to create anything, steal powers and domains from those you beat, and destroy anything. So basically do everything anyone in the world could ever possibly do, with ease. But that is not the reason I have called you here. I need to tell you grave news. I know you have very recently lost your mother. Life is never fair Perseus, but let me tell you this. You go through everything for a reason. Do not do anything that could alter your fate, because it will, and that means you will have an even harder life. You may call her, like Hades, but you cannot resurrect anyone, for this very reason. I wish for you to swear on my name that you will only call your mother in times of need, and won't resurrect her. I sighed, but nodded. "I, Perseus Achilles Jackson, swear on Chaos' name to never resurrect my dead mother, and to only call her in times of great need." Thunder struck in the distance, signaling the fulfilling of the oath. Now, I know you have questions about the bracelet you found yesterday, and the reason you don't feel whole, and such. But since our time is running short, when you wake up, you will understand all I had to tell you. And no, there will be plenty more dreams like this. You, out of anyone, are the most deserving of the powers coming. Goodbye, Perseus. And with that, my dream faded into darkness.

~Dream Over~

I woke up to Maya sleeping cuddled up on my chest, while Ri was sleeping curled up by my side, with her legs tangled with mine. We were still on the floor though. I kissed the girls on their foreheads gently and careful flashed them to my bed while I stayed behind to tidy up the house, make breakfast, and compose myself. I snapped my fingers, a glow surrounding my body, changing my clothes for a new set, almost forgetting to keep my glove on my left 'hand'. As the glow was fading I saw a new tattoo on my chest. Oh, the Primus tattoo I must have missed that last night. Because of the knowledge I gained from unlocking the part of me that was Chaos, I now knew why I had to come here, how to control my current powers, how to control my current forms (yes, I became the god Primus because of Chaos, which means I can change into any form of transportation [including the Iron Man suit, awesome!]), the prophecy, and I now knew to keep my 'specialness' a secret. The enemies (yes, there are bad guys.... again) would figure out how to stop me and then the world would die, if I showed my powers. I was this race's last hope, their last frontier. I would stay strong, but eventually I would break. This I knew, and felt, deep in my heart. But right now, I needed to be a leader once more. The one everyone looked up to, wanted to be. I would carry the weight of the world on my shoulders to let everyone else have a few days, weeks, even months, without worry. I yawned, a few tears appearing in my eyes, but I quickly swiped them away, pretending they were from my tiredness. "Percy...." Ri groaned, rubbing her eyes hard and leaning up against the wall. "How are you Mari?" She snapped her eyes open with a suspicious look. "What's wrong?" I sighed. "I'm just thinking of something important to a certain thing I'm doing." She raises her eyebrows, "Oh?" I smile sheepishly, "Yeah. Nothing else, don't worry, Ri." She nodded and looked at the plate that I set in front of her. "Blue? Why are they blue?" She looked up at me curiously. "It's an inside joke." I said, feeling a slight tightening in my chest. I took a shaky breath, knowing my mom was safe and well. I let out that breath and looked at my blue Coke. I took a few sips and then Maya came bounding in. She leapt onto a barstool and asked, "What's for breakfast?" While she was still in her nightgown with a bad case of bed head. I laughed, "Blue pancakes. How many Deej?" Maya looked confused, "Deej? What does that mean?" I smirked. "There is no good nickname for Maya, so I shortened up a title you have, which would be my prodigy. So, Deej was born." I say waving my hands as I explained it all. She gave a small nod in acceptance and understanding as I handed her the syrup. She quickly went on eating and when she finished eating her food, we had all finished. I put the plates in the washer, and asked the question that had been bugging me during breakfast. "Where will I be staying in Akane?" (I really wanted to end it here, but to those reading this, I don't want to be a bad author, and I guess it would be kind of a lame cliff hanger too. So here you go.) Mari looked at me questioningly, "In the principal's quarters, obviously." I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose. "Mari, I want to appear to be any other student, living in the principal's quarters would only raise suspicion." She sighed as well, "Fine, but how about we go to the school today and grab all of your old life stuff and move it to your new dorm room. You'll have to be alone, because you are the odd boy out, since there are only two attending besides yourself. But, somehow, I believe that won't be a problem." I smiled, "Perfect. I'm going to make the room soundproof though, I wouldn't want anyone to hear me training. I will also make it bigger on the inside with my magic, but put an illusion so that anyone other than me sees a normal room, and isn't allowed inside without my permission. Does that work with you?" Mari smiled too, "Absolutely, I was worried about the students too. Some have been know to sneak into other's rooms, or eavesdrop in on conversations." By this time Maya was bored with being excluded from the conversation. "Can we go to the school now? I don't want any metaphysicals getting in because we weren't there." I was hit with a wave of sadness and regret when I remembered that I was going to show my mom the academy yesterday. I quickly threw those emotions to the back of my head so I wouldn't break down in front of Ri and Deej. Then the prophecy came to mind,

The God that has lost thy hand,

Shall travel to a distant land,

And find the rest of his true loves,

Stuck in a war they thought never done,

And he shall save them, fore he is the last one.

A scared thought jumped into my mind. What if... "Ri are you in the middle of a war?" Ri looked shocked, then suspicious. "Sort of, how do you know?" I didn't answer, knowing I couldn't. This just confirms it though. She is part of the war against the enemies, apparently, metaphysicals. Great. Of course, I can't say that is the true meaning. Prophesies are always mysterious and misleading. "Nothing," I murmured, still deep in thought. She sat down on my lap, "Percy...... What are you not telling me?" I shake my head, "Nothing, it's just. I miss my mother, and all the things I was going to do with her. I'm also feeling a tad bit overwhelmed by the whole reincarnation thing." She nods her head in acceptance and we sit in silence for a few minutes. "Boo!" Deej yells. I just sit there, not startled in the slightest, but I don't think the same goes for Mari. She screamed bloody murder and jumped off the chair, banging her knees against the table as she did so. "Maya! Come here!" She screams. I chuckle as Ri chases Deej around the house. Wanting some time to look at the school by myself, and write a quick note to them both.
Dear Ri and Deej,
I want to visit my baby (the academy, he called it 'his baby' in his other life) after all these years, right now. I kinda want to do it alone, thanks. I'll move all my stuff, don't worry, I remember. See you.
Sincerely,
Percy
And with that, I teleported away.
