☯How to get better sleep:

-Try to have a sleep schedule 

-Avoid naps and sleeping in

-Avoid bright screens within 2 hours of your bedtime

-Say no to late-night television

-When it's time to sleep, make sure the room is dark

-Keep the lights down if you get up during the night

-Spend more time outside during daylight

-Exercise regularly(try to exercise three hours before your bedtime though)

-Cut down on caffeine

-Stay away from big meals at night

-Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening(especially alcohol)

-If you need a bedtime snack, try: half a turkey sandwich, small bowl of whole-grain, low-sugar cereal, granola with milk or yogurt, a banana

-Wind down and clear your mind before sleep

-Keep the noise down

-Keep your room cool
