Chapter 1

Black Shadow
Disclaimer- I don't own pokemon, just my characters.
Notes- Shadow can understand pokemon. I did that so it'll be easier. Shadow has a Charizard called blaze. His pokemon are exceptionally strong, as he trained them at Mt. Silver.

"Hello! My name is Oak and I can give you a starter." The jolly old man throws out 9 pokéballs, each containing a different Pokémon. The options are:
Charmander
Squirtle
Bulbasaur
Totodile
Chikorita
Cindaquil
Pikachu
Ditto
Starly
"Can I have the pink blob?" I ask.

"Oh, I'm sorry but the Ditto and the Starly are only for people who signed up." He explained, sadly. I nod without showing any emotion.

"Then I'll take the Pikachu." I say.

"Sure! Here you go, Pikachu's ball and five other ones to get you started. " After that I leave.

"Master, let's go to viridian." Lucario says. I shake my head.

"No, I want to train Pikachu. He's too far behind." I reply. Lucario scoffs.

"Yes, but think about it. Everyone's too far behind Blaze and I." Lucario fires back.

"Lucario, I know that. But I can't just rely on you and Blaze. Pikachu can be handy if trained well." With that, the conversation ends. I release Pikachu who looks pretty grumpy.
"Hey. My names Shadow and you're my pokemon." I explain. Pikachu takes one look at me then turns away.
"Whatever. Hey, if you're going to act like that, well too bad. We're going to have to train. I cant do that if you don't listen." I snap. Pikachu scoffs but turns around.

"What do you want?" He asks, mocking a bow.

"To train." I say.

"I know that, but how are we supposed to train?" He asks.

"You'll see. Let's start if with a run." Then Lucario and I start sprinting to route 1. Pikachu is way far behind.

"Hey, wait up!" He exclaims. I ignore him, but start jogging, Lucario copying me. Once we're in route one we stop to wait for Pikachu. One minute later, he's here.

"Took ya long enough." Blaze's ball shakes and he releases himself out. In fear, Pikachu scampers behind my feet. "What's this punk doing here? Go a new starter, eh?"

"Yes. We did. Now we just need to train him. Think you're up for the job?" I ask.

"Of course! Hey, mouse! Come 'ere!" Blaze swoops down and grabs Pikachu. Then he takes off to the sky with Pikachu screaming his head off. I shrug and turn towards Lucario. Red eyes meets red eye.
A/N- I just realised that I haven't described Shadow! So Shadow had red eyes, pitch black hair that's completely wild and sticks out everywhere, wears a black shirt, red jacket, VERY tight jeans, black sneakers with red edges, two black wrist thingies on his wrists and a stone pendant.
"Come on, let's go battle some people."

Terrible, huh. I just couldn't think of anything else to write. Oh yeah, um I love describing things. I don't know why, but I just like doing it.
