Lillian jumped off her bus and started walking home, attempting to ignore the thoughts that talked about what had happened earlier that day. Lilly rushed home and pushed open her front door, ignoring the hello's from her mother and brothers as she walked to her room and closed her bedroom door behind her. Lillian sat on her bed and laid back throwing her shoes off of her feet and rolling over on her bed, tears begin to well up in her eyes once again and drip down her face.

Teagan knocked on her bedroom door and pushed it open, she stayed facing away from him and curled up into a ball on her bed. Lillian pulled her pillow and pressed her face into it attempting to not let out loud sobs with her brother in the room.

"Lilly?" Teagan asked as he made his way closer to the bed in an attempt to see her face. "Lilly are you okay?" he continued asking and sat down on the side of her bed, his hand placed on her shoulder. Lillian jerked her shoulder away and pushed away from Teagan. Teagan frowned and moved further onto the bed and began rubbing her back as she let out a sob into her pillow. Lilly sat up and turned to Teagan who wrapped his arms around her, enclosing Lillian in a hug. She sobbed into his chest as he rubbed and patted her back, frowning slightly and letting out a sigh as he comforted his sister.

Oliver walked off of his bus, his hands pushed into his pockets and his hood pulled up as rain began dropping from the sky. He stepped in a small puddle that began to form, the small amount of water splashing and coating the undersides of his feet. Oliver continued to walk, his pace slow as he looked ahead of him, cars driving by with a low hum. As Oliver continued to walk, he felt a crunch under his shoe, looking behind him as he continued walking a wilted flower sat on the concrete road flattened out by his shoe, a petal had broken off from the flower and as a small wind blew it seemed to chase him as he walked. Oliver looked back in front of him and quickly turned a corner in an attempt to get away from the petal before it caught up to him. Oliver noticed the lingering of flowers in the road as he walked to his house, his stomach slightly tying itself into a knot with each passing step.

Oliver finally reached his house, he shoved his key into the lock and turned it pushing open the door and stumbling into his house. Ollie took off his shoes and took his key out from the door, taking down his hood and looking around his vacant house. Oliver sighed shutting the door behind him and making his way over to his room, dropping his bag just after his bedroom door and pulling out his chair to sit down in it. Ollie sat back in his chair and sighed once more looking up as his bland textured ceiling, different curves implanted in it as his eyes followed along the different swirls on his ceiling. Oliver finally got up from his chair and grabbed his bag, dragging it closer to his desk and pulling out his Homework binder and grabbing the work he hadn't finished in class and began finishing it at home. Oliver worked on the homework relentlessly until he had finished and shoved it back into his bag, zipping up the bulging bag and pushing it off to the side as he began turning his chair with his foot to the left and to the right. Oliver looked back up at the ceiling and thought about his first encounter with Lilly, smiling to himself before looking at his bed and sighing. Ollie went to go grab his phone from his pocket, before realizing he had gotten it taken away earlier that day.

"Today just gets better and better," Oliver commented to himself before he swivelled his chair around some more before letting out a sigh and standing up, leaving his room and walking into the kitchen to pour himself a bowl of cereal. The front door opened and Oliver glanced back as if he could see anything. Oliver grabbed the milk from the refrigerator and poured the milk into the bowl as he listened to the sound of footsteps from the front door to the kitchen.

"Hey son," his dad greeted him with a smile before setting his things down on the kitchen table. Oliver put away the milk and got a spoon from one of the drawers. Ollie smiled at his dad before passing him with the cereal and making his way back to his room, in a balancing act to try and not spill any of the milk and cereal that almost leaked over the edge of the bowl. Oliver lightly kicked open his door and placed down the bowl of cereal on his desk, walking back to the kitchen to grab a few paper towels and then making the journey back to his room. His dad followed him back to his room and stood in the doorway of his bedroom; Oliver turned on his computer and began eating the cereal, glancing at his dad that stood there in silence.
