"TO DULOC!" he cried out.
Pinocchio high fived each of his friends as they raced off to get their homes back. Pinocchio then spotted the elf, Lee, come up to him all shy and nervous. He didn't know what it was but something about her made his heart give a light flutter.
"You ok Lee?" Pinocchio asked in his usual voice.
"Pino, I'm afraid" said Lee, tears filling up in her eyes.
"What's wrong Lee?"
Lee looked up when she heard the soft concern in his voice. Her chin was in his fingers so she was looking at him.
"Pinocchio I'm afraid...what if we lose!" Said Lee as she cried a bit.
Pinocchio frowned and hugged the elf close, stroking her hair.
"We won't lose Lee...we have to be strong...believe in me...believe in US" said Pinocchio as he brushed her hair back a bit.
Lee gave a small smile, and then, hand in his, they ran off to get their homes back.
