Chapter 7

I stripped down to nothing and lied in my bed. I plugged my phone into the charger next to my bed before staring up at the ceiling thinking about the events of today. How does this keep happening? Was signing that contract a mistake? My mind ran wild as I drifted off to sleep, wondering what my next move would be and how I can fix what I did. 

The sun poured through my room and everything was cascaded in what looked like honey. I pushed my blanket off of me and practically rolled out of bed. I unplugged my phone and checked if I've gotten any notifications. After that I went to shower, so I took my towel and my phone to play music. Halfway through my shower my music was interrupted by my phone blaring off into a high pitched trill. "What the fuck" I grabbed my phone and saw that it was a phone call from the one and only Natsu. "WHAT DO YO........."

"I need a favor....are you in the shower?" he started, cutting me off mid sentence.

"yes, what do you want I'd like to get back to that please." I huffed

"send me pictures and make them sexy, AFTER I hang up" He breathed into the phone "back to my favor, I need you to come to an event with me."

"When" I sighed turning the heat up in the shower.

"At 4 we need to walk the carpet before the event, I'll have someone come get you now"

"It's only 8:30" I yelled into the phone.

"Well you need the time to get ready don't you" he said, I could tell he was smirking through the phone knowing I had no choice but to say yes. 

"fine" I whispered.

"Perfect, you have 20 mins" he announced before hanging up.

"SHIT" I cried as the water turned cold. I took the pictures he wanted and sent them to him before turning off the water and getting out of the shower. I quickly wrapped the towel around myself before running to my room and finding the nicest dress that I had. I put on a tight off the shoulder red and black dress and brushed out my hair before I got a text saying my car was out front. I quickly slid on some black heals and grabbed my makeup bag, phone, and silver clutch.

"You look lovely ma'am" one of the bodyguards told me as I rushed to the car door that he held open. 

"thank you" I smiled sliding into the car once the car pulled off I began pulling my hair into an updo with pins.

"Miss. Lucy? don't worry about how you look, Mr. D has professionals waiting at the house for you." the woman in the passengers seat told me.

"Excuse me?" I said putting my lip gloss back into my bag and closing the mirror.

"Oh yes, did he not tell you? He has hired the best makeup artist, designer, and hairstylist around the world just for you" she smiled at me through the rear view mirror.

"No, he didn't" I said a grin plastered on my face. Shortly after this conversation the car came to a stop in front of a beautiful mansion with a fountain in the center of the front lawn. I couldn't even say that it's a lawn, it's cobble stone leading up to the front door way. "This is beautiful" I gasped as the car door was opened for me.

"Come with me, let's get you to Mr. Natsu" the woman smiled at my giving me her hand. 

"I never caught your name" I said as we walked through the front door.

"Don't worry about the formalities, I'm Ellison the public relations officer" she smiled at me bringing me on what felt like a mile long journey, I was placed in front of a door that was very far away from the front door. "He's right in there" she said before walking away. I opened the door to find him staring at his phone with wide eyes and his hand missing before he looked up at me.
