So... I guess I should introduce myself huh. Oh wow... never thought I'd be so nervous to be here today..... telling MY story. You know, it's such a refreshing change. I never really get the chance to say my side of things; where do I even begin? My name might be a good start, hi.. my name is Willow Ivy Parker, I'm 16 years old from Sydney Nova Scotia, my councilor thought it would be a good idea if I came here and shared my story about this whole mental illness thing.
I never really pictured myself as the "make everyone listen to your troubles" type of person.. I'd rather help others then be helped, ya know? With that being said that's actually kind of where my story begins.
