(Married Couple)

(A/N: Warning! This is a bit long, well in my opinion, that is. You might get bored or whatsoever so yeah, you've been warned. Tata!)
After months and months of courting and dating each other both secretly and publicly, Robin finally proposed to Raven which she accepted without hesitation. They were married in no time, having all the titans and various friends of them as witnesses. Everything was so perfect.
As a married couple, they, too, faced misunderstandings upon each other but those didn't stop them from loving one another more and more each passing day.
And then, the most precious time of their lives came. Raven had broken out the news. She was pregnant! Happiness filled their hearts. The day she announced it, Robin couldn't help but jump in delightful glee. The other titans congratulated them and were all excited for the baby to come out.
Surprisingly, Robin had been very careful when it comes to Raven and their baby. During her first trimester, he was treating her like a very fragile glass, always assisting her in whatever she does.
It's not that she didn't like it, in fact, she loved it but she always knew to herself that she wasn't and never will be the damsel in distress type so Robin didn't need to do all of those for her. She's independent after all.
One night, she talked to him about it to let him know her concerns.
"Richard, you don't have to do all of these. I can still do things on my own even though I'm pregnant. I'm just pregnant, not a handicapped person."
A feral blush crept upon his cheeks, giving her a hint of his embarrassment. She inwardly smiled, thinking to herself that he was cute doing that.
'Ugh... Pregnancy problems. Great.' She thought to herself, getting a little bit irritated with her thoughts a while ago.
"But I want to, Rachel..." A soft whisper escaped his lips, but it was enough for her to hear it.
"I-I want to because I want to be the best husband to you and the best father for our child." Raven smiled upon hearing his given reason. She placed a hand on his shoulders, directly looking at his eyes.
"You don't have to be the best. Because the way you are simply makes you perfect." Her lips landed on his, locking with each other as they shared one passionate kiss.
And so, Robin did what she wished for. He let her do things on her own but of course, he was still considerate and careful on her just not too much.
Months passed blissfully. The day they were expecting their little angel to come out was approaching fast. They decided not to know what would be its gender and had a bet with each other. Raven's bet was a girl, Robin, on the other hand, a boy.
Robin decided to stay home for that week. He was busy cooking their breakfast but jerked when she screamed.
"RICHARD!!!!" He didn't know what to do. He threw the spatula somewhere off the sink and turned the stove off. He hastily ran through the room not knowing what to get ahold first.
"Wait, Rachel! Hold on! Darn it! Where's that baby bag when I need it?!" He panicky ransacked their room upstairs, finally finding the baby bag they had prepared weeks ago, and fished the car keys on top of the side table. He ran as fast as he could to where Raven was.
