The college corridors were as usual cluttered with yammering students. The college crowd was a co-existent of both swanky and posh students on one hand and the students whose pockets were not filled with loads of money on the other. I sometimes could not believe that I was friends with the very popular group of this college. They were all posh and ritzy. They all had studied in the school which was operated by the same trust. And to mention, it was one of the best schools in Mumbai.

In the sea of heads which was flowing through the corridor, some students were giggling, some had large posters in their hands, some were simply heading to their classrooms and some students were like me, whose fingers were unable to control their dance with music bursting into their ears and their heads bobbing back and forth.

"Aaru", someone yanked my hand while calling out my name. This action made the ear phones roll out of my ears and my shocked features came to ease when I saw Hiral standing in front of me.

"What was that for?" I hissed.

"First of all, don't use these ear phones for a hell lot time and other, keep the song's volume low. Coz if you don't, I am sure you will turn deaf. I called out your name twice or thrice, but then you didn't hear me. I have to tell you so many things and why are you using your old phone?" She ranted-asked with her eyes on my old mobile screen which had many scratches and looked visibly out dated even though it was not.

"You would have known the entire story first if you had taken effort to pick up your phone."

"Ohh,sorry. Actually I went for a family dinner and when I returned back, I was so tired that I felt asleep on the bed as soon as my body made a contact with it. Plus it read Rohit's missed calls so I didn't bother to call your ass of brother back."

"It's okay and by the way what you wanted to tell me?" I queried as we continued walking.

She grinned like a Cheshire cat and " IthinkIambacktonormal" she said in a single breath.

"Girl, speak properly."

"Okay, I am back to normal".

"Explain"

"Those girly feelings have found their way back in my heart and I think I have developed a tiny crush."

"On whom?" I gushed as I was too excited to know about Hiral's crush. Obviously, I would play the best cupid.

"Obviously a guy", the flaky words escaped her mouth.

"Dumbo, even I know that it's a guy. By whom I meant the guy's name", I explained.

"Ohh", she gave a sheepish smile.

"So who is he?"

Before she could answer, I felt a heavy force on my back which made me stumble forward and in a milli second I fell flat on the ground on my boobs and the pristine floor hit a bit hard on my forehead.

"Ouch", I groaned in pain standing up from my position. Rubbing my nose as the pain, even though for a minute, was worse. As I stood up, my eyes landed on that stalwart frame whose strong force made me and also him land on the floor. He was lying there, exactly beside the place where I had fallen but unlike me, he had fallen on his back.

"Man, next time you question my-"

"Girls over here, so shut your mouth", he cut off Nick.

"Hey, what did I miss and why is this Jay sleeping on the floor?" Juhi came from behind and hung her hand over Hiral's shoulder.
