The New Heroes: Back In Time

Chapter 4

Percy's P.O.V

Two kids stumble into the lounge, a boy and a girl they look about fifteen, the girl has long honey blonde hair with princess curls pulled into a ponytail and for some reason she's wearing sunglasses. The boy looks kinda like Jason except for his eyes the look like Piper's like they can't decide on one color. But what's really going through my mind is who are they and why are they here? No one spoke up so I did." Uh who are guys?" The girl looks over at the boy then steps forward.

Claire's P.O.V

"Uh who are you guys?" My dad ask, except he's younger looking and his hair a little longer then it is in the future. I quickly look at Blake, then step forward." Uh I'm Claire Johnson and my friend here is Blake Grayson and we're from Camp Jupiter."
"How come we have never seen you?" A voice I recognize as Hazel's ask, I look over at her and wow it's so weird seeing her the same age me.
"We are in the first cohort and haven't been at camp for that long." I answer hoping that its convincing.
"So who are your godly parents?" A voice I know to well ask. I turn my head to see my mom leaning towards Blake and I by the look in her eyes I can tell that convincing her is going to be difficult. I realized that I've been doing all the talking so far so I elbow Blake signaling him to let him know that it's his turn to explain things.
"Well I'm the son of Venus and Claire is undetermined." He states. He actually said something smart because saying I'm a daughter of Neptune is not good since Percy is the only child of Neptune known to be at Camp Jupiter and I can't be a child of Athena since she has no children in her Roman form. I look at all of the seven's faces and I can tell if we want to stay we have to say things to get them to let us stay. Instantly my mind starts to come up with plans, so I pick the one about fighting skills.
"We can assist you on this quest."
"How?" Jason ask obviously doubting two little teens to be able to help them.
"We are both skilled fighters. We can fight with spears,swords,bows and arrows,dagger, and spatha. We also know karate, jujitsu and kick boxing." By the looks on their faces I could tell we had them, but I think one last thing would get them totally sold.
"How about we fight your best sword fighters? Percy and Jason."

Jason's P.O.V

I couldn't believe my ears these two fifteen year old demigods are that skilled, but I don't know how they think they can beat Percy and me.
"Okay." Both Percy and I say.
"Who's sparing with who?" I ask. Immediately the girl, Claire steps towards me while Blake steps towards Percy. Well I guess that answers my question. I take my gold coin out of my pocket and flip it, it lands on heads. Claire already has a sword out that she didn't have a minute ago. We start to spare, I take a swipe at her left side but she blocks it. She strikes at my leg, I block it only just. It keeps on going like this, neither of us able to land a blow to the other, but I'm starting to tire out. Wow, I thought, this girl is good. Finally Claire disarmed me. I looked around and saw Percy disarmed too and everyone had shocked faces. "Wow that was just wow." Piper said obviously in shock.
"Yeah you two defeated Percy and Jason in under ten minutes." Annabeth said with a hint of disbelief in her voice.
"Well, what do you say do we get to stay?" Blake asked hopefully.
"I guess, I mean you could certainly help with guarding the ship and if we get attacked you could definitely be useful, so yes." Annabeth says.
"So can you tell us more about yourselves?" Frank asks, the two look at each other before nodding their heads.

Blake's POV

"Well," I begin "I'm just turned fourteen a couple of days ago while Claire is thirteen."
"Great we got beat by kids two years younger than us." Percy muttered, the others laughed.
"Yup. Uh where was I oh yeah well Claire and I have been friends since like forever."
"Yup plus and we both took gymnastics, the flexibility, strength, and balance help with fighting." Claire states. "So what about you guys?" She ask.
"Well Frank,Jason and I are from Camp Jupiter and I'm a daughter of Pluto but I was born before the oath, I died and my brother Nico brought me back and so here I am." Hazel says.(A/N everyone else shares their life's stories I'm just to lazy to write them😉).
"So that's pretty much how we got to this point." Percy finishes. I look over at Claire to see a slightly bored expression on her face, I mean we did hear these stories plenty of times before.
"So where do you guys plan to sleep?"
Leo asked obviously thinking about the structure of the ship and how there aren't enough rooms.
"We can sleep in the stables it won't be the first time we've done that and certainly not the last." Claire says, the seven give us weird looks, but Claire and I shrug it off.
"Well we just go." I say. And with that we rush out the room hoping that this plan works.

Hey guys so sorry I haven't updated in a while I've been really busy with school but now I'm out. So finally I can spend all of my time writing. Again so sorry about not updating.
