In front of the parade, the genie (assuming a form less...blue) twirled a torch like a baton. Drums and trumpets and I think even a tuba (whatever, there are a lot of instruments involved) played in an upbeat rhythm.

Men carrying cowbells sang, "Make way for Prince Yami!" The villagers turned their heads toward the sound and crowd. "Say 'hey!' To Prince Yami!" Other men tossed swords into the air and caught them by their handles.
Ladies with colorful sashes danced around, making their way through the crowd.

The genie began to interact with the crowd. "Hey, clear the way of the old Bazaar!" She pointed at someone. "Hey, you! Let us through!" She grabbed two peoples hands and began to dance them around with her. "It's a bright new star! Oh, come be the first on the block to meet his eye!"

She pushed groups apart, making room for the parade and an elephant. "Make way, here he comes! Ring bells, bang the drums!" She hit a drum and jumped into Kaiba's arms, who instantly growled at her. Finally she jumped right off and nervously smiled, pointing in the elephant's direction as to say "look, something much more interesting over there!"
"Are you gonna love this guy!" Is what she sang instead.

"Prince Yami, fabulous he, Yami Ababwa!" (Because dat makes all of the sense) Ladies who rode the elephant that was Joey (which was the only time anyone would ever ride him) moved aside the large colorful feathers that blocked the view of the handsome prince. Yami flashed a grin at the crowd, his white teeth sparkling.

"Genuflect, show some respect!" The genie pulled a rug out from under three guards (and caught them off GUARD) and they fell onto one knee.  "Down on one knee!"

Seeing them on their knees, Joey tipped his hat with his trunk, wiggling his ears.

Solomon, on the balcony, watched a bobbed his head to the beat. Bakura skulked in despise, but Marik silently danced along with the upbeat music. At least, he did until Bakura turned around and gave him a dirty look.

"Now, try your best to stay calm. Brush up your Sunday salaam! And come and meet his spectacular coterie!!!" The genie tripped a man and held him by his ankles. Using him like a wheelbarrow, she ran into more townsmen and piled them on top of each other so they towered above Yami. He shook hands with each of them.

"Prince Yami, mighty is he, Yami Ababwa!" When the genie saw that he was crushed by the several men, she sent a little magic his way as she sang, "Strong as ten regular men, definitely!"
Sure enough, Yami was able to lift them off himself and carry them in a hoop above his head.

Turning into a elderly person, she sang to someone, "He faced the galloping hordes!"
To Rebacca, as another child (a less demonic one), she sang, "A hundred bad guys with swords!"
Finally as a middle aged villager, "Who sent those goons to their lords?"

Everyone sang, "Why, Prince Yami!"

Yugi, finally letting his curiosity get the best of him, got onto the balcony to see what all the commotion was.

Men walked while holding up camels of gold. "He's got seventy five golden camels..."

As a male news reporter, the genie said into her headset, "Don't they look lovely, June?"

"Purple peacocks, he's got fifty three!" Sang the ladies wearing purple sashes.

As a female reporter, the genie said, "Fabulous Harry; love the feathers!"

Back to her original form, she sang as men carried a large monkey balloon which each holding a rope (one man dangled from his rope when it got out of control. This is actually a detail in the movie I hadn't noticed before.) "When it comes to exotic type mammals..."

As a tiger, she appeared at Rebecca's left. "Has he got a zoo," and as a goat next, on her right, "I-I'm tell-ing you!"

"It's a world class menagerie!" Everyone joined in.

On a balcony, Mai, Serenity, and the ratchet slut- I mean Tea were gawking at the prince from afar. The genie appeared behind them, wearing sashes of blue. She blushed, hid behind her veil, and fanned herself like most of the girls in the crowd. "Prince Yami! Handsome is he, Yami Ababwa! That physique! How can I speak, weak at the knee? So get on out in the square! Adjust your veil and prepare to gawk and marvel and stare at Prince Yami!"

Meanwhile, in unison, the girls sang, fanning themselves as well, "There's no questioning Yami's adoring! Never ordinary, never boring! Everything about the man is plain impressive!"
Yami tried flexing, and the genie shot magic at him to enhance his muscles. A lot. Yugi, still on the balcony, leaned on the railing and scoffed.
"He's a winner, he's a whiz -a wonder! He's about to pull my heart asunder. And I absolutely love the way he dresses!" They fainted into the genie's arms when Yami blew them a kiss.

Yugi, having enough, scoffed, rolled his eyes, and went back inside.

"He's got ninety five white Persian monkeys!" Men sang.

The guards, now into the music, danced while singing, "He's got the monkeys, let's see the monkeys!"

"And to view them, he charges no fee!"
Only because the genie suggested that it'd be a good idea to get the crowds to like him, he tossed handfuls of coins into the crowd, with parts of him dying behind that handsome smile.

Villagers ran up to the piles of coins and shoved them into their pockets, singing, "he's generous! So generous!"

"He's got slaves, he's got servants, and flunkies!" The towns people and parade members began to make their way up the stairs and past the gates to the palace. "Proud to work for him!"

"They bow to his whim while serving him. They're just lousy with loyalty to Yami! Prince Yami!"

The Sultan got onto his feet in ecstasy to open the doors for the parade. As he began to pull on the handle, Bakura slammed it shut and grinned at him.
No. No singing in my presence.

Then, a giant elephant and parade crushed him with the door, singing "Prince Yami! Amorous he, Yami Ababwa!"

The genie approached the Sultan and shook his hand. "Heard that your Prince was a sight; lovely to see!"
Angry and flattened, Bakura moved the door to get off of him.
Twirling the Sultan and tossing his back onto his throne, the genie sang, "And that, good people, is why he got dolled up and dropped by..."

Everyone in the parade for Prince Yami pointed at all the neat princely things he had. "...with sixty elephants, llamas galore! With bears and lions, a brass band, and more! Forty fakirs, his cooks, his bakers, and birds that warble on key!"

"Make way..." Now out of sight, the genie turned to sparkles and returned to the puzzle that hung around Yami's neck. The carpet that Yami had been sitting on moved under him, sending him soaring across the room.
"...for Prince Yami!"

The parade left the elephant and the others as Yami did a flip on his carpet and stopped before the throne, and he bowed before Solomon.
