I walk to English still phased on what happened in Math. What a great way to start the first day of school huh? As I pass through the halls I look at some of the people. Some have changed very little and some a lot. In a really good ways, like god damn. I don't know how some of these kids got so attractive in the span of two months.
I get to English, and of course I get the worst teacher imaginable. Scott Callaway, was deemed one of the worst English teachers by the students. He's old, fat, and looks like Jabba the Hutt. I look at some of the people in the class. No one that I know to well, that means I'm going to have to make some friends. Crap. I'm not so good at that, especially if they are of the attractive male variety.
"Alright class! I have put name tags at where you are going to sit!" Callaway grunts out. This is going to be a long year. I look at the name tag on the desk next to me. Jeremy Hill. Who is that? I usually know who goes and leaves here, but I don't know who this Jeremy guy is. The bell rings
"I'm Mr. Callaway, and you will call me as such!" He shouts, "We have a new student today! He doesn't appear to be here though!" After he says that the door opens.
"I'm sorry I'm late." says the person in the doorway. I look at him. He's an attractive guy, tall, probably about 5'11". He's a little buff. He walks through the aisles of seats and takes his seat next to me. Oh my god. This hot guy is Jeremy. I look at him sitting next to me. He's completely focused on Mr. Callaway's lecture about his class. Jeremy turns his head and looks at me. I get super flustered and cheeks glow red. I hope he doesn't notice. He starts to laugh a little bit. Shit he noticed. I decide to look him in the eye and smile. After a minute he introduces talks.
"I'm Jeremy, I'm new here. What's your name?" He asks me. He talks with a British accent. Oh my god that's so hot, I almost swoon.
"Oh! Um... My names Roy." I smile. We hold that stare.
"You!" Mr. Calloway yells.
"Who...me?" I ask.
"Are you paying attention! What's the last thing I said?!"
"Uhhhhh."
"You said that we need to get these syllabi signed right?" Jeremy interrupts.
"I asked him not you Jeremy! Whatever! Just get the syllabus signed and return it tomorrow!" Mr. Callaway continues yelling his lecture.
"Thanks." I say to Jeremy. Mr. Callaway, is yelling away about the syllabus, when the bell rings. Thank God. I walk out his classroom, happy.
Now it's break and I don't know where to meet up with my friends. Are we still going to meet up in the same place, or is it completely new and I just didn't get the memo? I walk to the library, since we always met up there and I see Ethan standing there.
"Roy!" He shouts, "Over here!" I walk over to Ethan, who sits on the railing outside of the library.
"Where is everybody? Did we get a new spot?" I ask.
"I don't know myself, text Leah, she probably knows," I pull out my phone and text Selena, "Oh! How was English? Who did you get?"
"I got Callaway he's the worst thing on this planet." I hear the Fire Emblem level up tone play, I got a text. I blush a bit and check my phone. I don't recognize this number. I check the text.
"Hi, now you might be wondering, how I got your number and who I am exactly, but sorry can't tell you. ;) Let's just say I'm interested in you and I want to get to know you better."
I text back, "What the hell? What if I don't want to know you. You seem creepy if you just find my number randomly and text me without telling me who you are."
"Did Leah respond yet?" Ethan asked. Ding. I check my phone. It's Leah.
"Soooooooo sorry, I forgot to tell you, meet us in the quad."
"Um...Leah told us to go to the quad." I say. What do I do about the texts should I tell Ethan, he seems like he could help me with this. I think about this as we walk to the quad.
