I went to bed and couldn't sleep it's been raining for the past 2 days and hayes hasn't text or called me. he's been gaining lots of followers and girls keep messaging him in comments.

I woke up and made my self some coffee and grabbed my phone and saw a message from hayes
hayes -miss you.. can we talk (time 1:37 am)

hayss (read)

I slipped on some sweats and a big hoody it turned out it was hayes that he gave me after the football game. I wondered down to the dock

when I looked up and I saw him on the bench it windy and chilly. my heels making a slight noise when it hits the dock. he turned around and looked at me his hair messed up from the wind his eyes red and puffy from crying. I kept walking placing my arms around my waist tightening my sweatshirt around my body trying to maintain any warmth I could. I walked in ground of him not sitting down.
"it's hard" he said "trying to be this guy everyone sees" he paused again "I'm just Nash's little brother"
I just listened to him I gave a little nod and looked at the water.
"I'm not this guy everyone think I am, I'm hayes a country farm boy that loves football..."
I was confused i knew hayes loves football "yeah so.." he looked at me "I have to quite" I froze hayes loves football he's one of the best young quarterbacks "what why!" he looked at me I can understand why his eyes were so puffy "after this year I talked with my parents, there homeschooling me Jess I'm going on tour. I have to go to live in la soon my life is changing Jess and you know it is don't hide it this is almost over unless.." he stopped and look at me with his baby blue eyes "unless what hayes"  "unless you come with me" I froze "he got up and say by me "if I have you there I can make it I can do it... I love you" I looked at the stars in the sky and turned to him "I'll follow you anywhere" I kissed him and we payed by each other on the dock using each other's warmth to keep us warm!
