"Shinhwa? Why would I want to go there?" Hyo-rin rolled her eyes, shoveling rice into her mouth. Her  mother sighed and placed her head on the table top.

"Hyo-rin, it's such a good school, everyone wants to go there. Do it for me, please? Everyone will think we have a lot of money! I heard Jan-di is going as well."

Hyo-rin stopped, staring at her. Jan-di? Why would she, of all people, go to that school? She set her chopsticks down and stood. If her friend was going, she might as well go too. "I'm only going for Jan-di, so don't get so excited." Her mother jumped up and yelled with excitement, causing her baby sister to cry from in her room. "Mom!" Hyo-rin yelled, going to calm the distressed child.

Upon opening the door, the little girl was standing against her cradle and reaching her small arms out to her. Smiling warmly, she picked Mi-yung up and walked around the room. "Shh, no need to cry. I'm sorry we woke you. Are you mad at me now?" She smiled and pinched her cheeks. "Can you forgive me?"

Mi-yung giggled and her fingers rubbed her older sisters face. She kissed her head and laid her back down in her bed, tucking her in. "Good night, my sweet sister." Grinning, she turned and quietly went out the door.

"Hyo-rin, look! I knew you'd agree to it, so I had the uniform delivered earlier." She pulled out the bag and handed it to her. "You start tomorrow, I'll tell Jan-di in the morning to wait for you!"

"Mom!" Hyo-rin whined, grabbing the bag and storming off to her room. "You didn't tell me that!" Closing the door, she laid the uniform on her chair and flopped on the bed. "I really don't want to go to that school. Jan-di, please save me."

Blinking away sleep, Hyo-rin stood in front of her mirror, yawning. Her black hair was in pig-tails and her bangs hanging to the side. She was smoothing out her uniform when she looked down at her clock. Sighing, she grabbed her bag and stumbled out of her room. A piece of paper was laying on to table that read, "I'm at Jan-di's, bring your sister and meet me there."

Going into Mi-yung's room, she got her cleaned up and dressed, and grabbed a bottle for her on the way. They left the house, walking down the street. Hyo-rin held her sister, holding her hand and singing lightly to her. "We are going to Jan-di's house!" She smiled. "Gangsan is home this week so he can play with you. But be nice!"

Mi-yung giggled and squealed loudly. She always had a fondness for the boy and he did a good job of taking care of her. She turned the corner and stopped when several cars drove by. They were fancy and very expensive and they drove slow. The little girl smiled and waved, Hyo-rin smiling and waving with her. Playfully talking to her, she began walking again, hurrying to get to the dry cleaners before school.

"Jan-di!"

Jan-di turned around as she stood outside and grinned. "Hyo-rin! You're mother is inside." She took Mi-yung's hand and tapped her fingertip against her nose. "And hello little cutie!"

"I'm going to take her inside. I'll be right back!" She went in the building, sat her sister on the counter, kissed her mother's cheeks and nodded to her friend's parents. "I'm leaving now!" Hyo-rin skipped out the door and tilted her head, grabbing Jan-di's hand and taking her to get their bikes.

"So what made you go to this awful school anyways? I thought you were so against it, so I was just so shocked when I heard. Mom told me they gave you a scholarship?"

Jan-di sighed and cocked her head to the side. "Yeah, I don't really know why. But I am joining the swim team. I actually think that's where I'm going first. Want to come with?"

Hyo-rin shook her head. She shrugged her shoulders and leaned forward. "Mom is making me go. She saved up money just for it, but also asked for a scholarship so I could work on my music. She's so mean doing this to me, it's not like I can't go take a class somewhere. I can save my money, I do have a job."

They laughed and talked more, but also riding as fast as they could so they weren't going to be too late, and she could scoop out the place. Hyo-rin's eyes grew wide as they made it to the front of the school, the large building and amazing details of everything she passed. They stopped at the bike rack and started walking together, when Jan-di handed her a map.

"I will see you in class. Be careful, please."

Hyo-rin nodded, smiling. "Yeah, you too." She waved and started walking in the other direction, reading her map and the numbers and names on the buildings. Pursing her lips, she found that the room was inside one of the buildings, but it was so confusing to read, and there was nobody around she could ask.

Deciding to take a chance, she went into one of the closest buildings and slowly walked through it. It was dark, and she was doubting it was the one, when she heard people talking. Smiling, she hurried to them but stopped, her eyes setting on two men standing inside the room. One grabbed the other by the front of his shirt and swung a punch at his face.

Hyo-rin covered her mouth, standing close to the wall so she won't be seen. Taking deep breaths, she wanted to leave, but didn't want to bring their attention towards her.

"Call the other's in. I'll kick all of their asses." The other snapped his fingers and she heard several footsteps going towards her, so she chose now to leave.

"Look what we have here." Hyo-rin looked up to a burly looking man who grinned and grabbed her arm, pulling her into the room. "Is she one of yours? Let him go, and I won't hurt her." She tossed her on the ground, and she winced at the pain in her hands.

She nervously looked up and made eye contact with a handsome man. "I don't know her, but you shouldn't hurt a lady." He let go of the other man and held out his hand to her. Taking it cautiously, she was helped up and he whispered, "Stand over there."

"Song Woo-bin! Let's finish this."

Hyo-rin stood over to the side while she watched a fight break out between them. She found out the man's name anyways. Woo-bin. The name sounded familiar, but not so much that should would remember without being told again. Eventually they had enough, and ran away. Woo-bin smiled and cracked his knuckles, before turning to her.

"What are you doing here? Don't tell me you're another fan girl." He laughed, walking towards her.

She shook her head, biting her lower lip. "I was looking for the music room. I didn't mean to see that, it was an accident."

He smiled, reaching out but she moved away from him. "It's the next building over. You just missed it then. But it's a little late now, you should be getting to your next class."

Hyo-rin nodded, smiling slightly before waving and hurrying away. Hopefully she'd never have to see him again, as he was a bit intimidating to her. She had to find Jan-di, but she didn't know if she'd be able to tell her what she saw.
