Isabella Rose is a seemingly normal thirteen year old girl on the outside. On the inside is a different story. She's dealing with her brother having been shipped off to Afghanistan to protect our country, The pain of her fathers Attitude towards her, and the fights between her parents that get worse day by day.Just when Isabella seems to reach her breaking point, Teen heartthrob, Jay sparks enters the picture. And turns her life upside down.

Jay sparks is living the life. He has Everyone wrapped around his finger. Not only is he voted the hottest guy in America. He's also the lead singer in Blackout, The top punk/rock band in the world. After his parents finally get tired of his spoiled ways, they send him to the most feared place for a sixteen year old celebrity, public high school. Jay don't think He'll ever forgive his parents for sending him to this hell hole, that is, until he meets Isabella, and his world turns upside down.
