Erza stared at the duo by the door, her lips in a thin line as she saw the almost crying Harly talking to her lover, her arms gestures being enough to tell her that she was trying to talk Diana out of it. Diana shook her head for the tenth time and grabbed Harly's cheeks before placing her lips against hers, Harly's arms falling to her side as she responded.

Wendy rolled in her bottom lip, biting into it as she moved her foot around on the ground, anxious.

Diana pulled away and said something to Harly before kissing her again.

''This was a stupid idea.'' A voice muttered behind them and Erza turned halfway around, meeting Juvia's eyes that was directed at the floor.

Erza briefly closed her eyes and let a sigh out through her nostrils before looking at each member in their team; Natsu was staring out at nothing special as he was deep in though, Gray was leaning on his left foot, arms crossed and eyes closed. Charle was giving Happy silent death glares as he was trying to make her agree to take his fish he had ''specifically'' saved for her.

Erza closed her own eyes before she heard a door close and she opened them again, watching as Diana made her way towards them, her eyes saddened but a bright smile pasted on her lips, a forced smile.

Erza knew that Diana was worried, it didn't take a genius to find that out, and she also knew that Diana would much rather be with Harly than doing this. But Erza had promised Harly that she was going to make sure that Diana would separate with them before they went even a mile near the beast.

''Let's go.'' Diana said, stopping in front of them with a hand on her hip.

''Is she going to be alright?'' Wendy asked, nodding towards the house as Natsu grasped reality again and started to listen.

''Yeah, she'll be alright.'' Diana said, smiling slightly. ''Come on, you have a friend to save.''

''Careful.''

Lucy groaned, slowly slipping off the bed as two women held her arms in a tight grip, not daring to let go as Lucy looked like she was going to fall any second. The bandages were cutting into her wound more than preventing the wound from getting worse and every movement felt like hell, especially the one on ribcage.

It had been a close call, Lucy knew that, and alas the only thing she could think about was her friend. Her probably aged or dead friends. The news hadn't settled in right yet and Lucy knew that when they did, she would probably break down. She missed 30 years from her friends and yet she is the only one that maybe has 30 years left to live. She would outlive her friends and it was the worst thought Lucy ever had.

''Easy.'' The woman to her right said as Lucy placed her first foot on the floor, her squinting her eyes at the pain, but despite the pain, she was dead set on trying to get her body used to moving around, even if she had to suffer a pain that felt like burning fire.

Her other foot reached the floor and she took a time to relax by taking deep breaths, trying to dim down the pain that had made its way from her wounds to her head.

''Are you really sure you want to do this, ma'am?'' The woman on her left asked, her voice laced with worry.

''Yes.'' Lucy said, taking another deep breath before beginning to get up, her grip on the women's arms tightening as she heaved herself up, gritting her teeth and squinting her eyes in pain as it felt like she was getting burned alive and halfway up, Lucy couldn't take it anymore. She fell and the women gripped her deadly on the arms, slowing down her fall as much as possible as Lucy landed on the bed again, groaning and grunting as she wheezed.

''Okay.'' She said after a while, panting heavily. ''Maybe I'm not ready yet.''

The women helped her lay down and Lucy kept wheezing at the pain, the duo leaving after a while of asking if she needed painkillers or something, but Lucy refused, seeing as she wanted to do this her own way, even if she had to suffer from it.

Lucy groaned again, clutching the soft fabric underneath her as she sighed in defeat.

This would take longer time than she thought.
