INTRODUCING ONYX The highly anticipated character will make her first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Captain America: Civil War. The character will be portrayed by Rosie Meyers (@RosieMeyers Twitter/Instagram) who is a first time MARVEL actress. Onyx (the characters alter-ego, true name Evelyn Pierce ) is an ex prisoner of HYDRA who was experimented on thus gaining powers of strength, agility & fire manipulation. After escaping HYDRA she went under the radar for many years. Being recruited personally by Steve Rogers, Evelyn Pierce / Onyx will be fighting along side him on Team Cap.

Earlier this week we caught up with Onyx herself (Rosie Meyers) asking her about the character and what it feels like to be apart of MARVEL. . . . Interviewer: How do you feel about your character Evelyn Pierce and what do you think she will bring to Team Captain America?
Rosie Meyers: "I love my character so much, I really do." "She's so strong willed, and she can control fire how f****** cool is that?" "oh wait, sorry *laughs* can I cuss?" "Is that okay?" "Well anyway, I think she will bring a lot to Team Cap."

Interviewer: Besides yourself who is your favorite Avenger/superhero
Rosie Meyers: "So I can't pick myself?, awe man *chuckels*" "I'm gonna have to go with either Scarlett Witch or Spider-man both are wicked awesome. But don't actually quote me saying Spider-Man because Tom Holland is weird & I'm sure he stalks me"

Interviewer: What would you say your favorite part being in a MARVEL Movie is?
Rosie Meyers: " The money of course, no don't write that down" "Ummhonestly, so many things. Marvel is pretty much the best of the best as far as movie/fandom goes, I'm really lucky to have this opportunity." "The cast has been so warm and welcoming to me, I can see them being friends of mine for a lifetime"

Interviewer: With an unbiased opinion, personally would you be Team Cap or Team Iron Man
Rosie Meyers: "Team Cap all the way, I'm a sucker for Bucky Barnes "
