~Jemun's P.O.V~
He confessed! I can't believe he actually confessed! I don't know whether to feel happy because he likes me, or to feel angry because he is going to be breaking Nara's heart.
"Jae Jae!" I heard Hye yell in the distance, with her was: Jungkook, Taehyung, and my closet friend ever, Jimin.
"Hey, Hye, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook." I smiled at them.
They all stared at me like I was an alien from another planet.
"What?"
"You're acting differently today..."
"Oh... Sorry." I rubbed my neck. We all just stood there before a giant squeal was heard in the background.
"Oh, no." Jungkook covered his eyes with his hand and turned away. I looked at the annoyed looking people before turning around.
"JUNGKOOK!" Nara could be seen in the distance. My heart immediately sank and I turned away. What if Jungkook was lying? What if he just said that to play with me? He may have sounded serious, but I still can't believe he said her liked me.
Nara grasped Jungkook's arm tightly and pulled it.
"Come on, oppa! Please walk me to class." Nara did aegyo to try and win him over.
"You have feet, use them." Jungkook replied before shrugging his arm out of her grasp. I sighed and gave Jungkook a cold stare.
He rolled his eyes and huffed before walking Nara to her class.
I feel extremely regretful, but I can't force him to go with someone he doesn't want to be with. It's his decision and I have no say in it. I turned to my friends and smiled.
"How about we all have lunch together later on?"
~Time Skip~
"Hey guys!" I sat down next to Jimin and he threw an arm around me.
"Annyeong, Little duckling."
"Don't call me that." I laughed slightly at him.
"Nope, I'm going to call you that from now on." He smiled evilly at me.
Right when I was about to protest, Jungkook sat down next to me and threw his arm around, pushing Jimin's off in the process. Jimin rolled his eyes playfully before eating his. I tried to get Jungkook's arm off of me, but he wouldn't budge.
Jungkook pulled me closer to him.
"Stop pushing me away." He whispered.
"Um... Is something going on between you two?" Hye asked. I shook my head in response before going back to eating again.
"JUNGKOOK!"
I reflexively pushed his arm off my shoulder and stood straight up. Jungkook rolled his eyes before standing up also.
"Oppa! Can you take me out on a date after school?" She asked all of the sudden.
My eyes read terror and Jungkook side glanced at me. He must have noticed my pained expression because he immediately refused.
"I'm sorry, Nara, but I have plans after school." He spoke.
"What?... Oh, you can just cancel or I can get you out of whatever it is you're doing. I'm more important than whatever it is right?" She asked Jungkook cutely.
"You know what... I think you two should go out and have fun, that's just my opinion."
Jungkook shot a death glare at me while clenching his jaw. He balled his fists as he watched me continue eating.
