The bell sounds as Alicia, Anya and Sarah sprint out of English class.
"Hey! Get back here", Mr Galantis yells until the echoing of laughter disappears down the hallway.
"I sure am glad to escape from hell, also known as learning Shakespeare", says Anya.
"Yeah! Why do we have to learn words no one even uses anymore?" Sarah replies.
"It doesn't matter! All that matters now is our sleepover which FYI is going to be amazing!" Alicia yells as she jumps up and down with excitement.
"This will be the best night ever!" The girls do a happy dance and settle down as they hop on the train.
When the girls reach Alicia's front door, it swings open revealing her mum wearing a cheesy smile which stretches from ear to ear. Behind her sits all of their mums and dads who hold cups of coffee. The girls exchange suspicious looks.
"What is going on?" Alicia whispers to her mum.
"We are just having some coffee and a chat." She replies.
"A chat?"
"Yes! A chat! We're not allowed to talk?"
"This was meant to be my sleepover and you..." Alicia stops herself. "Fine. Just keep it down, please."
Alicia's mum invites everyone inside and the girls head upstairs to begin their sleepover.
