"What the HELL?" Lara screamed to me, "How could she? Moon's an arss."

"Okay!" I chuckled lightly, "Now shut up." I met someone, and that someone turned out to be a new friend, Lara Dallas. Being the clumsy person as I am, I can trip over my own feet. I bumped my bag into Lara's in the hall way, then we just clicked as friends. Now I'm telling her about Moon and Courtney, but Lara's warmth comforted me in every way, she yet doesn't know about my secret, but we'll see.

The smell of chlorine hit me immediately as we entered the pool arena, even here the structure of the building is so modern. Students were swarming in, but not as a lot as I expected. I readjusted my swimming bag, then gestured Lara to come and join me on the bench.

A few moments later, Moon came bouncing in with a confident looking Courtney. Moon slang her anchor printed beach bag over her shoulder then smiled at Courtney. I've known Moon for years, and I could tell she was nervous, but she's trying her best to hide it. They took a seat few feet from Lara and I then they started to chat about swimming. I looked away, scared that they might spot us, panic building up inside me. They are going to see my tail, I'm going to be suspended from the school, what if Moon gets out of this and I don't, like how I am I going to hi-

"Allison!" Lara waved her hand in front of my face, "were you dreaming?" She said with a smirk.

"Ha, what?" I jolted out of my train of thoughts, Lara's beautiful eyes looking at me. I smiled back.

"Were you dreaming?" Lara repeated.

I shrugged, "Never have I ever, day dreamed." I poked my tongue out to her, smirking.

"Good comeback." Lara made a gesture of drinking her glass of alcohol, "bottoms up."

"Terrible comeback." I chuckled then turned back as the swimming teacher came in. The murmurs of the room died down, all of the students were looking at the teacher with curiosity.

"Welcome to Saint Ketigern High Swimming Club-SKHS, I'm Mr Adams, and I will be taking your swimming class today, grade nines," He spoke with tone to all of us, fear immediately started to build up inside me. I glanced over at Moon, she was fiddling nervously with the ends of her blonde hair. Others nodded, or rolled their eyes, or shrugged unsurely. "get changed quickly inside the changing rooms down the left, girl's down the right, and we'll meet back here." All of us stood up and begin taking the stairs to the changing rooms, I walked down with Lara.

"What do you think of the teacher?" She asked me.

I shrugged blankly, "We'll see." Lara nodded reassuringly.

We reached the brand new changing rooms, the smell of lavender enclosed around the room. I went into one of the toilets, and started to change into my swimsuit. You only wear a tight one-piece at proper swimming sports, perhaps some caps too. I threw my hair into a messy bun, then slipped the swim cap on top.

A rush of cold air greeted me as soon as I stepped out. Girls were adjusting themselves in front of the mirror, one of them-Spencer. She was wearing skimpy hot-pink bikini, cleavage showing everywhere. I made a weird face at her choice of swimsuit and shook my head to myself. Unfortunately, Spencer saw my weird expression, she whipped around, her high ponytail whacking a girl in the head.

"Ow!"

Spencer mocked nastily and she stepped towards me: "Yes, Allison?" She said.

"Oh nothing.. it's alright.." My voice came out as a tiny and weak squeak, I could barely look Spencer in the eyes. Spencer raised an eyebrow and chuckled mockingly at me: "Oh really? Then why are you looking at me then? Jealous, bitch?"
