Winter

Jane's pov

It's been three months since Travis almost died. We're friends, no more than friends, friends with oh who am I kidding he asked me out. We've been dating for almost three months and it's awesome. We keep asking what each other wants for Christmas cause it's in four months. The snow fell late last night and is still falling. Our pool is frozen solid and I just got a new pair of skates. I have my ice skating audition tomorrow and I'm really excited. I called Travis and he said that he'd just like a Starbucks gift card so I'm getting him one tomorrow. I told him I wanted a dunking Donuts gift card and he already has  it.  He has a surgery coming up for his neck so we've been spending a lot of time together.  Right now he's coming over on his bike. I look at the clock and relies I'm late. I run out the door climb on my snowboard and ride down the mountain.
When I get to the gate I see his bike and blood. I walk a little bit when I see him leaning against a tree falling asleep.  I wake him up and ask him about the blood. He points to the dead rabbit our dog ginger is eating and I laugh. We head out to Sonic to get shakes.  We bet in the heated room and sit down. We press the button and order.  " I'll have a cookie dough shake please.", Travis says nicely.   " I'll have a peanut butter bacon shake please.", I say trying to sound nice although it's not really convincing.  After about twenty minutes of talking our drinks come out." Sorry about the long wait. We have a huge ice hockey crowd that has been here forever. Because of this awe full inconvenience here is a large free cheesy fries and two large waters.", the girl that's name tag says Macy. I smile and sip my shake. 

   We Finnish our drink and head out. We ride to the mall and decide to see a movie. We go in and see Allegiant( I know it just came out but whatever) when it's over it's. 4:57 so we head home. When we get to my house we hang out play a few board games take a few selfies and all that jazz and then head to the kitchen to check the time. I see my ' mom ' on the phone with a sad face. She hangs up and sees me. ,"Jane I'm sorry but.... Your dad was suffering a depression and he ended up committing suicide." I fall to my knees and cry. Travis tried to comfort me but it's no use. He still tries but I don't budge. I run to my room and look a Avery. She looks like she's seen a Ghost. I give her a ' WHAT' look and she picks up a book from her side table and starts reading like if she doesn't I'm gonna kill her. She's smart. I don't relies I'm still crying till Travis says it's ok and wipes my eyes. I run out to my patio and lock it- luckily it locks from the outside- and sit on the snowy lawn chair. I notice it's really cold and relies I left my jacket inside. I see Travis sitting on my bed his face in his hands. He looks like he's praying. Avery is on the floor playing twister with her friend Rachel and Bobby. I look at the sky and notice my world start becoming black. I realize I'm tired so I close my eyes and let sleep conceive me.

   Ok today was my last day of school and I'm in a bittersweet mood. I'll see my friends tomorrow at a skate thing but whatever. I hope u likes this chapter. Don't make ma be a mendicant comment, follow and most importantlyVOTE!!!!!
