Chapter 23

"What are the fuck is he doing here?" Daniel growls.

"I can ask you the same question", Logan snaps back.

This is not happening.

"What are you doing here?" Daniel barks.

"I asked you first", Logan snaps back.

"I came to see my girlfriend. Wait I asked you first".

"Don't lie to me I know you two broke up".

"Daniel what are you doing here I though you were out with Beau? Is he on his way home?", I question in a panic.

"We met up with some old friends and he left with them but I couldn't think straight the whole night with everything that is going on between us so I decided to come here and make things right".

"Everything that is going on between you two? You mean that fact that you cheated on her?", Logan spits at him.

"I didn't fucking cheat. Don't talk unless you know your facts", he pushes Logan's chest gently causing Logan to take a step back.

"Stop it! Don't start", I yell out standing in between them. They are not going to start a fight in my own home. Not today.

"Anna you have to believe me I can explain everything".

"I am listening", I say folding my arms into my chest.

Daniel's eye meet my bare thighs as his eyes widen as I stand up.

"Why aren't you wearing pants", his face turns pale in colour.

"Wouldn't you like to know", Logan spits at him and I want to slap him when he does.

"Did you fucking touch my girl", Daniel raises his voice grabbing a hold of Logan's t-shirt.

"She isn't your girl! You can't fucking call her your property especially when she doesn't belong to you anymore!", Logan tells him and when he does Daniel's grip around him tightens.

"Daniel get your hands off of him. If you want to talk to me then talk, if not then leave".

"I am not talking unless this idiot leaves", he says referring to Logan.

"I am not leaving".

"Daniel, he can stay", I defend for Logan.

"I can't think straight with him here because all I am thinking right now is how much I want to beat up his ass", he growls.

"Logan just leave", I say and I am more shocked at my words then Daniel and Logan combine.

"I will be fine I promise".

"I am not leaving you alone with him! Do you not remember what happened last time when you two had an argument", Logan huffs.

"What ever happened to 'you better go make things right?' Well I am here trying to fix things and you aren't helping!", Daniel shouts at Logan. I wonder what he means by that.

"Fine I will leave. But if you hurt her again I swear-".

"Bye Logan", I speak cutting him off.

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out", Daniel grins, but his expression quickly changes.

"You have 2 minutes to explain".

"No you have to explain first. What was he doing here? You break up with me and go running to him?".

"No it isn't like that!", I defend.

"Well it sure looks like it! You spend more time with him the me".
