The Omega Son

omega in an alpha family

So this is my first story I've wrote. Any idea or constructive criticism is welcome. Anyways tell me if i should even keep writing this or if its just a bad idea.

He didn't want to go on anymore he just wants it all to be over with.

Samuel, Sam to a few, was not your average teen. At 15 years old he was only 5ft tall, was rather scrawny and had few friends. While this may all seem normal it wasn't at all.
Sam belonged to a family of Alphas,every son born in his family has been one, till now. Sam being the oldest son was supposed to take over for his father. But as he is an omega he cant leaving the job to his younger brother Jessie or Sam's future mate.
Jessie like the rest of his brothers was an alpha. At 13 he was already taller than Sam by four inches. Out of all of the Minsk children only Sam was a omega, though his youngest sister was a beta which while rare was not unheard of.
Sam being the only omega in the family , besides his mother, was excluded from most things. Such as hunting trips, sports, and camping. Instead he was made to learn cooking, sewing, and other house hold chores.
While Sam was still allowed to go to school he didn't really want to. Being the only omega male born to the Minsk family left him with many suitors both male and female. The Minsk family had many large businesses and a large political influence. He probably wouldn't mind it as much if people stopped fighting over him and listened to him for once.
Still Sam was fine with his life that was till now. Today was the day of his 16th birthday. The day his future mate was chosen for him.
