The door to Olivia's house was slammed shut after Jessica had stormed out and Olivia was left sitting on her bed, crying. Why? Her and her friend had another one of their fights about silly things that you usually wouldn't get into a quarrel with someone about. Olivia looked out her window to see a single star in the night sky, twinkling with a precious beauty and warmth that Olivia hadn't felt in a long time. It was the first star of the night so she made her wish, "I... I wish me and Jessica could just stop fighting."
Jessica was looking out her window to see the exact same star that night. Even though she didn't believe in silly things like wishes, one accidentally slipped out, " I wish Olivia would turn into a cat! The useless, defenceless cat that she is"
The girls went to bed that night and quickly fell into a deep sleep
