Chapter 1: Emma'sPOV

"Loveis just a lie to me."

That is always what I believe when the subject comes to love. It's not that I already experience being heartbroken, but my parents divorced when I was only six. That's why being in "LOVE" is not written on the pages of my dictionary.

I may be the topnotcher in our class, and the most popular girl in our school and also known for having a kind heart, but, I am also known for having a cold heart when it comes to love. That's why every boy who courts me is immediately busted.

But my best friend, Taylor, said one day "Girl, you really need a love life or else you'll regret it later." 

I really didn't mind what she said. So today is the beginning of a new school year.

While I was going to my classroom, a guy bumped me on the way that made me fall to the floor. He immediately said sorry while helping me. I just said "It's alright." — " I'm sorry, I was in a hurry because I'm still new here and I have a trouble finding my first period classroom."

"What is your first period class then?"  I asked.  " Well, it's chemistry."— "Well, lucky for you we're in the same class, come on, follow me." — " Thanks." he said in reply.

" By the way, my name is Tom Felton, and you are?" — " My name's Emma. Emma Watson."

Hmmm... TomFelton. Another newbie.
