“Are you sure you want to do this?” Kat said in the car looking at Andy. He laughed and ruffled her hair. “Don’t worry KitKat, It’s not like it’s the first time I have gotten something tattooed.” Kat looked at his arms. “True, but you don’t need to do this one, it looks kinda silly on a rock star to have KitKat and KittyKat tattooed on him.” She said. Andy looked out the back window. “Yeah but I have a lot of silly tattoos, besides we’re here.” He said pointing to the tattoo parlour. Kat sighed and got out of the car. Andy walked up to the place locking the car behind him. The lady at the front desk was covered in tattoos and piercings. “Hi Andy, take a seat.” She smiled without looking up. Andy sat down on the black leather couch; Kat sat next to him and shivered a little. “Cold?” Andy asked. “No, Nervous, you know I’m shit scared of needles, and I’m starting to regret taking you up on this deal.” She admitted. “Don’t worry, you won’t feel a thing.” Andy reassured her rubbing her shoulder, then a guy wearing an avenged t-shirt came up to them. “Right, who’s going first?” Andy stood up. “That’s me.” He slid off his leather jacket and gave it to Kat before walking into a room. Kat chose to stay on the couch. She slid out her iPod and listened to the music. All too quickly Andy walked back into the main room and he had a bandage covering the tattooed skin. “Right... You’re getting the snake bites miss?” The guy said walking back in. “Y-yeah.” Kat stuttered putting her iPod away. They were led into a room. Andy followed close behind her. The lady from the desk was sitting there. “Have a seat Kat.” She said pointing to the other chair. Kat sat down and her hands were shaking. The lady pulled out some gel. “This will numb it for you.” She said and Kat nodded. After the gel was on, the lady showed Kat what they would look like, she nodded and the lady got this scissor looking thing and placed it on one side of her lip. “Right I’m going to count to three then I want you to take a big breath.” Kat nodded shakily. “1...2...3...” Kat took a big breath in and felt a pinch before she shakily exhaled. “See, wasn’t so bad was it?” Andy said smiling and she laughed. The lady did the other one and then Andy paid as they left the shop.
