Gwen Okada (A Soul Eater Fanfic)

I looked up and saw the vast doors of the DWMA and sighed. I couldn't hide from school now. Can't ran, can't hide. You see I never really liked other people. I guess you could say I'm anti-scocial, but I prefer the term 'intoverted'. But that didn't matter, I still had to go. Whilst pushing a few blonde curls out of my face, I pushed open the doors of the school and walked inside. I walked through out the hallways, looking down at my semi-long sleeved t-shirt trying to avoid making contact with the other students. I had one place to go, no where else. No interaction with others. Just the Death Room to see where my class was.

I hurried along, apparently a little too fast because I bumped into someone. Looking up from my shirt slightly, my blonde bangs covered my face to see an un-pleased face, white hair, and crimson eyes. "Uh...sorry" I mumbled quietly to the boy. I looked back down and he chuckled. Being confused I looked back up, on his face he now had a sharky grin.

"It's fine, not that cool, but fine." He laughed, looking down at my short figure "You're new aren't you..?"

"Uhm, yeah.." I spoke in a quiet tone. I really needed to get to the Death Room, no time for silly interactions. "I have to go-" The boy held cut me off and held out one of his hands. Leaving the other in his pocket.

"I'm Soul" He spoke in a nice tone. The kid thought he'd make me his friend, how amusing..

"I'm Gwen..." I spoke again in the same quiet matter, shaking Soul's hand hesitantly and quick. I stiffly put my arm down to my side, "Nice uh, meeting you. I guess..?" I said the last bit quietly, giving him a fake smile. I was good at these because he believed it was real.

"Well Gwen, it was nice meeting you. But I have to get to class" He waved before putting his hands in his pockets and walking off. "See ya around!" 

Yeah right.

I sighed, "FInally, I can go to the Death Room. I'll just have to say I got lost as an excuse for being late.." I thought and began my walk again to the Death Room. Hopefully no other lunitics would bother me...
