I Feel Funny

CLARA

It was the shock of chill that I noticed first. Why was I cold? Where were Charlies arms? I opened my eyes and sooner wished I hadn't. i was lead on a stone floor, and rusty chains were wrapped around my arms and my feet. I sat up and looked to my right. There laid Shade. At first It looked like she was a sleep till I noticed the rapidly growing pool of blood that was coming from her head. I turned my head when I heard some one speak in quite a British manner "Oh I see the Dark one is awake, some one fetch the Lady" I was confused. Dark one? I know I dress in black but come on I'm not exactly that dark. The Lady? Wait a minuet, think logically Clara, who is the only person that wants us dead right now? That bitch Lady Amesbury. 

The door opened with a sliding of a lock and a creaking of a very old door. a tall man walked in dressed in a kinda suit that you would see in the military. He turns and calls someone else in. I know who it is when I hear the sound of high heals on the cold Stone floor. through the darkness I first see her glowing eyes followed by her well shaped (Vampire) body. She stops and looks down on me with her hands on her hips. "Well well well, so your the dark one who is wearing my ring"

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold it there for one second. Lets get this strait, its my ring not yours and at the moment I don't currently have it... You may continue" she frowned at my burst of confidence as if it was a wrong move. she turned to the military man stood beside her in a protection manner and tilted her head. He walked in my direction and I had a strong fear wihle3 he came towards me. I was off guard when he turned and picked up Shade chucking her over his shoulder. With a panic I stood up reaching for my sister "Where are you taking her you bastard!" I shouted venomously. I pulled on the chain's so hard they began to slice in to my pale, cold skin and i felt the tickle of running blood, as I followed the man around the room and out the door, shade still limp on his shoulder like a doll. When the door closed with a slam I turend to the only breathing thing, or the only thing that used to breath, I could. Lady Amesbury stared at me. her look was dark and somewhat harsh. "The ring is mine and will always be mine." she spat with her utter mean politeness. her hand connected with my face with a defaning smack that echoed around the cell i fell to the floor clutching my face as a tear dripped out of me eye, and she left the room locking the door behind her I heard the fading of her heels as she went futher away and I was left to fade in to the darkness, alone, I was all alone, as i placed my head in my hands and started to cry.

CHARLIE

"I'm sure this sodding lake is around here somewhere." I said

 "Yeah you are sooo good at planning dates it is unreal." Nicholas replied sarcasm clearly present in his voice. "well I'm sure she had fun." I said still scanning the endless rows of trees and forests for one frigging turning. "yeah okay don't even bother saying that just to make yourself feel better. It was a crap date and you know it."

I see a construction sign, and assume it points to the lake making a sharp turn in the road, that sends Nicholas crashing in to my window. "Hey watch is this car is antique ,put on your seat belt."

"what seat belt this piece of string that I'm supposed to tie to the hook, hammered in to the other side of the seat?" i just nodded. "When are you going to get rid of this hunk of junk?" he said hitting the door for emphasis." with a slight creak, the door gave way and fell off the car skidding away behind us before falling in to a ditch. I glared at him with utter anger as I started to slow ready to turn back for it. "What are you doing? Nicholas asked

"What does it look like I'm turning back for it." I replied. "Uh, no your not we've wasted enough time driving this piece of 10 miles and hour crap already keep going what do you love more, your frigging door of Clara?" I immediately sped up to 12 miles and hour and finally burst through in to the clearing for the lake.

NICHOLAS

I watched and waited by the shitty car charlie insists on driving, while he was snorkeling in the lake for Clara's ring.  I was beginning to feel really uncomfortable to a point where it was almost painful. I was too far away from Shade and my distance was doing things to both my mind and my sanity. " I found something!"  Charlie shouted, I shot my head up and found him standing in the centre of the lake holding up what looked like Clara's missing boot only it was  covered in weed and algae. I sighed and stared at the floor of charlies car it was full of MC Donald's wrappers. Oh my god he didn't seriously take her to macky d's for their date. he was so un-charming. My eyes studied the empty cup on the floor. something glinted in my vision, and when I realised what it was i sighed with a relief i didn't no i was capable of. Clara's ring rested on the rim of the cup.

Shade

When i woke my head burned and my wrists and ankles ached I was chained to a chair and some Dutch speaking dude was standing close holding a very large needle in his hand. the syringe it was attached to was filled with black liquid'"Aha awake just in time for the big event."

"wait what is going on here? I screamed. "Nicholas i shouted helplessly my mind was only able to process that where ever I was It was cold. Could someone come in and hold here. i can't do this if she is fidgeting. More men entered the room. They grabbed my sholders and wrists pushing me back so far in to the chair I was practically going through it. I couldn't move as more chains were applied around my chest and waist. my body was practically immoble except for myheavy breathing. "Thats better. now don't worry my dear this won't hurt much. It will just be slight pinch."

"No please why are you doing this." I said through sobs. "Now now don't worry it's just a little posion. The queen wants you dead. But your boyfriend can't know. This chemical will make you forget everything related to it." my eyes followed the needle as it got closer to my skin, i started to struggle as i felt the coldness on my arm. He smiled as he injected me with the black fluid. I could feel it in my vains, burning it way through my vains. All I could do was scream Nicholas's name as the pain washed over me.

CHARLIE

we arrived at the castle with its sky high turrets that went into the sky. As I pulled to a stop Nicholas opened, well just got out as there was no door, and started to head to ward the castle. My girl was in there some where I had to find her if its the last thing I do.  I got out of the car and followed Nicholas to the castle. He was stood there thinking, I suspect, of how to get into the castle. "So... whats this amazing plan?" I ask him. He says nothing as he walks back to my precious car. i suddenly have a bad feeling when i see him get into the drivers seat and turn the engine on. "Nicholas where are you going?" I asked worriedly. He said one word "Forward" before he drove strait towards me. I jumped out the way crashing onto the floor as he crashed my precious car into the wall. "No!!" I shouted as I ran toward my car. Nicholas steps out, completely fine, as my car collapse's off its tiers. "What have you done?!" I shout in his face "Gotten us into the castle" he says as he pulls me into it through the rubble of the wall. We enter a well lit corridor with signs directing us to different places "Well this is convenient" I say looking at the one the ones that points to the cells. Suddenly we hear a defining shriek and Nicholas's name. He gives me a shocked look before running of in the direction of the scream. "Okay then," I say looking at the sign again "I will guess I'm going this way" As I make my way down the cold stone stairs hoping Clara is down here. I lift my head as I hear small sobs. I'm already running  before I process that it is Clara. 

CLARA

I pull my face from my hands as i hear my name being called. I recognize that voice. I smile standing up, tugging on my chains. "Charlie!" I call back as I see him emerge through the darkness. I pull on my chains even more trying to get as close as possible to him. I feel the blood dripping down my wrists. "Please get me out" I beg him as he places his hands on the bars. With a deep breath he pulls the bars apart with enough space for him the get through. Once he is through he runs up to me and starts working on the chains, snapping them easily. As soon as I'm free I hug him, Smelling the familiar sent of his shirt. "I've missed you so much he says looking into my eyes "I could never lose you. A couple of hours is agony, I wouldn't want to live forever without you" I smile at him brushing the hair out of his face "I love you" I say kissing him before he has a chance to reply. I pull back as my head starts to spin. The look on Charlie's face becomes concerned. "I feel funny" I say before my world fades into darkness.
