~Liam's P.O.V.~

The lads and I were going to the beach for our day off. We had just finished recording our second album and were leaving for tour next month.

As soon as the car was parked, I yelled, "Race you to the water!", and started running towards the ocean with the lads following close behind.

~Lilly's P.O.V.~

I was at my usual spot by the rocks where I come when I need to be alone. I was in human form when I was here, that way my dad couldn't hear me. I got bored but didn't want to go home yet, so I started to sing.

"She paints a pretty picture,

But the story has a twist.

Her paint brush was a razor,

And her canvas was her wrist.

She paints a pretty picture,

In a color that's blood red.

While using her sharp paint brush,

She ends up finally dead.

Her pretty picture's fading,

Quite slowly on her arm.

The blood is not racing through her,

She can no longer do harm.

She painted her pretty picture,

But her picture had a twist.

You see her mind was her razor,

And her heart was her wrist." After I was done, I slipped back into the water and started to swim when I heard voices.

"Race you to the water!" Oh no... I can't let them see me. Next thing I knew, one boy yelled over to me. "Hello, miss!"

He had a buzz cut and warm brown eyes. I started to panic, so I quickly swam down the beach a ways, praying he wouldn't follow. Sadly, he did, or, tried to. He swam too far out and the current dragged him under. Oh for the love of seashells... I quickly swam to where he was and dove under. I found him near my small cavern and grabbed a hold of his waist. I started to pull until the current released him. We were almost to the surface when he opened his eyes... And saw my tail.
