~Lilly's P.O.V.~
Once we broke the surface, I said, "Please don't tell anyone."
"I won't."
"THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!"
I helped him to the shallows a little ways from his friends.
"Thank you.", he said.
"You're welcome. Now, I have to go before your friends see me."
"WAIT!"
"What?"
"What's your name?"
"Lilly. Lilly Shell.", I said and swam off before he could say anything.

~Liam's P.O.V.~
Lilly Shell.
As I watched Lilly swim away, I knew that I had to see her again... I just didn't know how.
"Liam!", Louis screamed.
"Don't worry. I'm fine.", I said as they ran over to me.
"How did you get over here? And who was that girl that was with you?", Louis asked. Oh great... they did see her... I then realized that she had brought me farther than we had thought. We were at least 15 yards from where all of our stuff was. She said not to tell anyone about her being a mermaid, and I'm not one to break my promises...
"She helped me over here because I had blacked out underwater."
"Well?", Harry said.
"Well what?"
"Did she tell you her name?"
"Oh. Yeah. Her name is Lilly.", I said. Uh oh... Louis had a huge grin on his face.
"What's her last name?", he asked. I had a bad feeling about this.
"Shell... Why?"
"Oh, no reason..." He was up to something... Oh god... what did I just do?!

☆Lilly's P.O.V.☆
I started to swim home, but then I realized that my necklace had fallen off when I helped Liam onto the sand.
When I swam back, they were still there. I hid behind a rock so I could change without being seen by the humans. I rose in the water so that it was waist level. There was a small burst of light as my tail changed into legs. I quickly rose up more so that I wouldn't change back immediately. I walked down the beach a ways and slowly made my way to shore. As soon as I found my necklace, I heard someone shout,
"Hey! You're the girl that helped our friend!

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Lilly come out of the water wearing a dark purple bikini. I just prayed that the lads didn't notice her. She had just found something and picked it up out of the sand when Louis yelled,
"Hey! You're the girl that helped our friend!"
