I run as fast as I can, not knowing were to go. I trip over some roots. I feel pain as I try to get to safety. Ahead I spot a cave and so as night falls I go to it. Nothing seemed to be inside so I took shelter. I went outside and picked up stick for a fire. As I get it going I lie down, cold. A breeze comes in and puts out my dim fire. I moan. Still cold. I look at my knee, it was sprained. I moan again. Then I stair at my bag. I grabbed it and used it as a pillow, at least it was better than a rock. I slowly fell asleep into the night.
The next morning I looked outside for Skims. As far as I see, not one in site. I look at the sun as it rises. The ski a pinkish color with hints of gold and purple. I go to my bag to get a drink of water, then I left, headed towards the sun. My knee caused me to limp a bit, but it didn't hurt too bad. I arrive at a lake. I grab my bottle and put some water in it. I then grab some sticks and start another fire and I boil the water over it. I look for food and found an apple tree. I grab some and then stuffed a few in my bag then ate one. I checked on my water and it was finished. I put the bottle in my bag and head off.
Later I hear the sound of a tree being split in half and a screen quite like mine. I realized what happened. As I move on I spot smithing shining in the distance. I go to it and dust it off. It appeared to be a flower. One made of silver. I hear more noises so I stuff the flower in my bag and run. I climbed a tree and lie on a branch. I sleep.
I woke up in shock. I looked around and three Skims stood around the tree I was in. I didn't know what to do. All I had was a knife. I couldn't do anything. I was a goner. I looked around for something but I didn't know what. I stay quiet hopping that they don't see me. All I hear is my heart beat.
Then I hear a big thud. Thud, thud. I take a peek out. All of the Skims lied on the ground and in the middle, a person. My eyes grow wide. It look like a boy. His messy black hair, his gray hoodie, blue jeans, and gray shoes. He healed a bloody sword in his hand. I went down to investigate.
"Hello?" I said
"Is it you", the strange man yelled angrily.
"Who are you?"
"You as in do you have the flower"
"What flower?", I bit my lip.
"Do you only ask questions? The silver flower!"
"I don't know what you mean"
He looks at me, knowing that I'm lying. "What's in the bag"
"Nothing"
"What's in the bag!"
I look down and huff.
"This", I pull out the flower.
"So you do have it"
"Ya"
He looks at me.
"Follow me or you will die"
"What?"
I follow him. He brings me to a wooden house. It looked like a cabin humans used a long time ago. Now that I could actually see him I could tell he was a lot paler than me and had deep blue eyes. The floor creaked as we walked in. There was an animal skin rug, a table, chairs, and a couch. There was also another room. I guess it was his bedroom.
"So what's the deal about that flower"
"You really don't know anything"
"I know things"
"Well, that flower is important. It needs to be destroyed"
"Why?"
"Let me finish! That flower attracts all of the Skims. With it destroyed, all them will go away"
"Oh", I look at him,"One more thing, what's your name?"
"Ryan, you?"
"Ellanor"
"You can stay hear if you want, Ellanor"
"Ok"
As it turns to night and then Ryan goes to his room. I lie on the couch. I had trouble falling asleep.
