Chapter 1: What a way to start my week

Today is Monday and I have work, another photoshoot for Candy Magazine, In case you're wondering why I'm not up for school that's because I'm an actress, I started when I was 15..

The weather is so sunny today obviously because its summer! This is gonna be another perfect day for my photoshoot. I am so excited and I feel so blessed.

I'm still staring on my window pane still amazed with the beautiful view of the city.. I'm too lazy to get up on my bed but I have no other choice because I love my job and my family is depending on me.

I love this feeling on the summer day when you were gone I crashed my car into the bridge. I watched, I let it burn. I dont care I love it!

I was startled with the sound of my iphone, someone's calling so early.. I picked up my phone under my pillow and sat up on my bed.

"Hello? .... yep this is me Julia.. yea... uhm wait let me check my sched for today.. yea I'm free at 4pm... where are we gonna meet? ...okay, I hope manager Joyce will allow me to go.. besides, its only Monday.. are you out of your mind? I'm not sure about this yet, I'll text you after the shoot. Bye Lo.."

It was my friend Lauren Young, I usually call her Lo for short.. Lauren is the most outgoing girl in our group, she loves to travel, go clubbing, and especially to shop a lot. I have no problem with shopping because I love shopping also. Oh and I forgot to tell you, she's an actress too..

Lauren called to inform me that us girls will go shopping again later today together with our two friends Kathryn Bernardo and Mara Montes. That girl Lauren must be really crazy! I mean who goes shopping on a Monday, right? Oh well who cares I love my friends and I love them for their craziness.. Yay! This is really gonna be a fun day, what a perfect way to start my week.

I headed to the bathroom after Lauren called, I quickly took a shower and changed to the clothes that my manager told me to wear for the photoshoot. It was a tube floral yellow dress with a slit on the right side.

Suddenly I heard a honk of a car..

"Oh right that must be my driver!"

I quickly grabbed my things and other bags, this must be a difficult day for me I forgot that my personal assistant Emma was on her day off, its her son's birthday today so I let her have her day off. Of course, I dont want to be rude and mean to her after all she had done for me. Being a personal assistant is so damn hard especially if you have a naughty boss like me. Hehhh.

My driver saw me and helped me carried my things. Oh my they were so heavy!

Finally, I made it to the car and sat beside my manager Joyce, she's so busy talking to the phone probably because she's arranging my schedule for shooting, tapings, or endorsement or whatsoever. I just sat beside her and put on my earphones and started listening to One Direction, I'm not a fan though but I just love some of their music.. I repeat some of their music only..

My manager patted me "Julia, where is Emma? Why isn't she here? We're gonna be late.. will you please tell her to hurry up!" Joyce is really annoyed right now.

"She's not gonna be with us today, it's her day off.. Mang Pio, we can go now.." I answered patiently. Mang Pio started the car and drive.

"What??? It's only Monday the first day of the week and you let her go on her day off?" Joyce sighed and rolled her eyes.

"Its okay Miss Joyce, I can manage bringing my things.. Where is Karen ayway?" Karen is my make-up artist and hair stylist.

"She's already on the studio of Candy Magazine.. next time, you let her go on a day off you tell me first, okay? Good thing we dont have a hectic schedule today or else who will help you on your things?" Joyce said.. now she's lecturing me again.
