Chapter 3

"So much for the family breakfast." Elena mumbles. "What's that?" Her mother asks. "Huh? Oh nothing." Elena replied. "Alright well I'm gonna go outside and do some yard work. Keep and eye on Ben please. Don't let him get in to anything." "Alright mom"

Kara walks outside to do the yard work as Elena gets up and puts her dishes in the dishwasher. "Are you done Ben?" Elena asks looking over at Ben who was playing with his small toy cars on the table. Ben nods not saying a word. "Are you okay?" She asks worried as she grabs his dishes and puts them in yw dishwasher and turning it on. Ben nods once again not saying anything.

"Elena." Elena hears a voice. It didn't seem like it was her mothers cause it sounded more like a young girls voice. "Mom? Is that you?" Elena asks walking through the hallway. She look outside to see her mom working on the garden. "Elena." She hears her name being called again." "Who's there?" She asks. "This isn't funny." "Come play with us Elena." She hears another girls voice. "Yeah Elena. Let's playyyyy." She hears two creepy laughs.

"Whoever is doing this stop." Elena says scared. Elena hears a scream coming from the kitchen. "BEN?!" She yells and runs to the kitchen. She finds Ben being dragged towards the kitchen door. "Omg!" Elena yells running over to him and grabbing his hands. She pulls him away from whatever has him. "Are you okay?" She asks helping him up. Ben nods covering his arms. Here go to your room and I'll be right in." Elena says. Ben nods and walks to their room slowly.

Elena walks outside over to her mom. "Mom?" Kara turns around to Elena. "What's up sweetheart?" Kara asks. "I... I don't think I really like this house..." Elena replies. Kara frowns at her. "Why? What's wrongs with it?" She asks. "Well... It's just that... It's strange... Ya know?" "No sweetie I don't know." "Oh well never mind" Elena walks back inside and goes to her room with Ben.

It is now ten at night. Kara, Shawn, and Ben are in bed and Elena is up reading. She hears a noise out in the kitchen. Elena quietly gets out of bed and walks to the kitchen. She turns the lights on and finds cups and plates all over the floor. What the fuck? She says to herself. She starts picking everything up and puts them away. When she finished she hears a scream coming from her parents room. Right when she was next to the door the scream stopped.

Elena walks and turning on the light and finds her mother laying on the bed dead and her father siting there crying. "Elena go back to bed." Shawn says. Elena looks from we dead TK her mother then she nods and goes back to her room.
