Mistaken Identity (COMPLETED)

Chapter 1

It is commonly said that every human being has a double. I always used to disagree because I believe that no DNA can ever be alike apart from special cases in twins or triplets but today I had to believe it. I actually found my double, well I cannot exactly say I found it because it is much more complicated than a mere find.

As I strolled out of Diva's Mall carrying my designer shopping bags feeling proud that I had just bought the last Gucci special edition winter boots, I was met with a mob of paparazzi and flashes of camera lights. Thank God I followed my instincts that told me to dress up before coming. "But honestly, what in the world was going on?" I asked myself. Had I won a lottery or something? Out of the crowd came towards me a blond haired man carrying a microphone. 

He had a Mohican cut and scythe-shaped eyebrows. His Roman nose and half-dome cheekbones sat above an oaken jaw. His wrestler's shoulders were part of his burly physique. His oval shaped nomad blue eyes twinkled as a smile danced on his lips. He reminded me so much of Bruce Lee. His looks were so dazzling that I felt myself melt at his gaze just like an ice cream in the hot blazing desert sun that I did not even notice when he spoke, all I could see were his perfect set of shining white teeth.

"So you are Bloom Whites, America's next and youngest fashion designer, well I'm Roberts Marsh from Hollywood Buzz." he said. Whoa, who is Bloom Whites? "I hear that you will be designing half of the clothes that would be used for Victoria's secret Fashion Show next month." He continued. Well there is no harm in playing along since they came to me, not me going to them. So I did play along. "Are you excited?" he asked. "Of cause I am." I replied with a charming but fake smile as I posed for another picture.

"A reliable source told us that you will be attending the Golden Christmas movie premier." He said with a wide smile showing all his snowy teeth. The Golden what? "Oh sure. I would not miss it for the world." "We look forward to seeing you there. Have a beautiful day Miss Whites." With that I posed for some more pictures. Wow, I guess I became a celebrity over night. But who in the world is Bloom Whites? Oh yeah! Bloom Whites. She designed Gucci's last season's summer night dresses.

As I walked to my car which is a Maruti Swift LDI, I drove to my home. Unknown to me, the paparazzi followed me. As I got out I was greeted by camera flashes again. Okay, this was getting a bit uncomfortable and weird but I played along well because it was just like living the dream.

Well, she could just have said she wasn't Bloom Whites...but this is fun! Let's see what happens next!
