When I'm Lying In Your Arms (A Yu-Gi-Oh! Puzzleshipping Fanfiction!)

Chapter 19

      "Oh my god" I said as my eyes are widen and now my breath is very heavy. "Who's there?!" someone shouted and I heard a clicking sound. I immediately turned my head to my side and saw a woman pointing a gun to my head.

     My hearts shouted to stay still but my brain shouted to run, make a dash far away from the woman.

     "Who are you? How can you be here?" she shouted with assertive voice and eyes glaring at me seeing me as a threat to her. "I'm Yugi, m-my friend b-brought me h-here" I said stutterly, by now my whole body is already shaking.

      She started to lower her gun slowly as if she believed what I said and my heart rate calmed down a bit and I took a relieving breath multiple times. "It's dangerous to be here unarmed" she said, 

     "Yeah I know, I was unprepared when I first brought here" I answered as she walked closer to me. "Do you know what happen to the city?" I asked as I pointed to the hollow city. She looked to the city following my finger.

     "Don't you know, this is what happen when it's in midnight. Everything you know changes." she answered calmly as if this is everyday thing. "Th-then what happen to the people? To us?". By now, I'm scared to know the answer yet I'm curious to know what's the answer.

     This is really a twist to my whole normal life, never in my life I thought this will happen. Especially this kind of thing where I thought it will only happen in story book. Not in real life.

     "Only special people can survive, normal people .... They will turn to what we call Shadow Monster" then she pointed to a certain area. My eyes spotted a man confused by what happen around him. I walked closer to the window to get a more clear view.

     "We have to help him" I said, but suddenly the man shouted in pain and held his head and slowly a weird thing happen. His body horrifyingly turn to one of the monsters that I saw all the time in this creepy place.

     "That what happen with the normal people if they are awake in this time" I gulped silently and shook my head "This must be a nightmare. It can't be real" I  said as I took a step back and shook my head in disbelief.

      "I thought you will remember everything by now. Given the fact that you broke the seal" I looked to woman and she seemed pissed by something "How can you know my name?"

     She suddenly laughed and smirked "Oh Yugi, we know everything about you more than you know yourself" then my vision suddenly went back and remembered nothing. The last thing I remembered is pain on the back of my head.

     "Then we'll do it fast before they find us" that's the first thing that I heard when I awoke and I slowly opened my eyes. By that time, my vision is still blurry and I could see 3 figures stood there along with the woman that I met just now and other 2 men.

     The woman suddenly looked to me and nudged both men. Immediately three pairs of eyes looked to me. "Look who's awake now. We've been waiting for you" one of the men said. I moved my whole body but a fail. My hands are tied together by a chain dangling above me.

     I tried to free my hands to get away from here and back to where y brother is but no avail. "You can't get away now. Not until you tell us anyway" he said as he walked closer to me "What do you want to know?" I asked.

     "Where's the key to open the seal?" he asked with the dangerous tone, the voice somehow shook me like I heard the voice somewhere before and I'm scared of the voice. "W-what key?" I asked again and now my breath is messy and cold sweat beads started to rolled down on my face and my whole body.

     "They key to unlock the seal you used to locked our brother away" My eyes widen, I locked their brother away? But how and why and when? "Don't tell me you don't even remember you seal our brother away" the other man said.

     I silently shook my head and now my head is chanting 'let me go' for thousand times because shit I don't know a single thing about what they ask to me.

     The man with the silver hair who asked me the question suddenly gripped my neck tightly, cutting my breath. 

     I'm gasping desperately for air and try to moved my hand to my neck, attempting to take the hands away from my neck. Bit by bit, I can feel myself drifting from my conscious.

     "How can you forgot what you did to our brother?" he said and I can barely heard what he said. "St-stop .... p-please" I said with the breath that I have by now. "Did you stop when my brother said stop" he tighten the grip on my neck "No you didn't then why should I?"

      That's the last thing he said before I fell to the darkness again for the second time that day.

I have a reason why I'm inactive lately and I only need word.

Anyway yes, I'm going to face my final test. Shit, I don't even know if I will survive this or not god please help me.

I'm very sorry but this will be the last update until 1st june or 2nd June I don't know.

I'm also sorry for those who message me because I have no time to reply them. I'm so sorry and I know this is short but I gotta go back to study again.
