Chapter one: Who are you?

A/N: First Avenger fanfic hope it's decent I've been on an avenger kick lately XD of course italics are thoughts from the characters!

Dark that's all there was to be seen, rubble of crushed buildings, it looked as if it had just taken place only a few minutes ago. Where am I? Who am I? All that I could remember is stepping through a dark portal. Darkness surrounds me, no signs of life other then ruins of whatever stood here before hand, the wind howled loudly, brushing my hair past my face as my eyes darted around.

Walking forward looking, for anything that pointed to any sign of life where ever the hell am I even was. Shifting through some rubble with my feet kicking away any loose brick only to uncover... What the hell is that? Scorch marks what in the actual hell?? The sounds of something charging rang through my ears along with the sound of a gun clicking back and an.....arrow being notched to a bow. Raising my hand up to my chest feeling the string of my bow I clutched into my fist, my own bow was strung around my chest and resting on my back, like something you would see in some form of movie that contained any archer character ever. In one quick motion I throw my bow notching it with an arrow as I turn on my heel, my heart beating faster with each growing second, it felt as if it was about to burst, between fear and the natural flight or fight senses even as well as that of adrenaline that had been rushing through my veins the moment I awoke from sheer unconsciousness, that is when the curiosity started to kick in. What the hell? All there was to be seen was a man who was large, muscular and green wearing... what is that green shorts? I couldn't help but chuckle slightly however it was no laughing matter as his facial expression were less than calm. Pivoting on my heel towards the left I seen another figure, unlike the other he was more human, andddd of course had an arrow aimed towards me, two could play that game that was for sure. Behind him was a man covered in a bright shiny suit full of armor, that was most unusual, but given the very fact that I lived in a world where anything was more than possible it was much more believable than most things. Next we had a man who looked just like that you would expect from another planet, flowing blonde locks, chiseled faced and big muscles if that didn't scream god, I don't know what would. 

"Thats cute, it's another bird boy just a girl version." The robotic voice stated as a loud thump was heard as well as what sounded like engines being cut off, the man covered in the shiny metal armor landed, dust kicked up as the metal touched the ground, kicking a few bricks as he walked forward towards me ever so slightly, as the man with the bow and arrow kept his aim. 

"Funny Stark, almost laughed at that one." The archer spoke I could sense the sarcasm dripping off his words as he spoke. Hey archer boy is kinda cute. Snap out of it they are aiming a weapon at you well half of them anyways.

"Boys enough with the damn fighting." A female voice spoke, nearly with all my confusion in tac I couldn't help but tilt my head sideways as she walked out from behind the group, she was dressed in tight leather with red hair that touched the very tops of her shoulders. Well it was nice to see another female around even if the situation was less than appeasing. 

"Widow if your going to cuss do it in a language no one understands." The man with golden locks chuckled softly as he looked towards her, as he chuckled softly as she eyed him with a soft smirk spreading across her face. Well this group seems wonderful enough....

"If you guys are done fighting we have important matters to attend to." The man with metal stated almost in a sarcastic matter, his helmet disappeared as the groups eyes quickly fell back onto me. AWKWARD!!!

"Who are you Milady?" The long blonde spoke. God he's handsome. His voice boomed louder than anyone else's. Highly doubt he knows what volume control is do you think? "Milady?" That would a be a big fat no.
