"Ruby ive got a surprise for you a really big one Ruby" said Rubys mum. "What mum whats the big surprise tell me, tell me" Ruby said. Take a look at this leaflet said Rubys mum "Oak hill academy BOARDING SCHOOL mum im ok were i am"! "Yes dear we know but your father and I are going to be working away all year apart from holidays but it will only be for a year honey" said Rubys mum "well were are you going to be working" said Ruby. "Well either Germany or India honey you've already got a place at Oak hill academy, were going to go in a week" said Rubys mum
"GERMANY,INDIA, mum please dont go please im begging you" said ruby. Rubys mum was speechless she didn't no what to do she'd never seen Ruby upset as much as she was, This was because her mum and dad never spent time with her at all.
" we will talk later Darling go wash your hands ready for lunch" said Rubys mum. Ruby hurried off up stairs and burst into tears she felt as though her bubble had burst, SOO much for big surprise thought Ruby. "Ruby Ruby lunch is ready". said her mum. "Ruby" said her mum again.
"IM COMING" shouted Ruby in a stomp. Ruby walked down the stairs quietly and silently, no one spoke of the conversation Ruby and her mother had spoken of. Ruby asked her dad what work was like, her dad replied and said "Oh you know the usual".
"Mum do you know that conversation that we had earlier"ruby said " WHAT conversation" said rubys dad rudely. "ANGIE i told you not to tell her until id sorted everything out" said rubys dad. "well Dave shes gonna find out sooner are later"! said rubys mum. " Ruby could you give me and your mum a couple of minutes to talk honey" said rubys dad. "sure Daddy" said ruby
