" Beauty is like oreos. Only the good stuff is inside. "

" Why would I even want you? Your so fat and ugly it makes me want to puke my guts out! " He stated without hesitant. He hiccuped and smirked at me.

Everyone whispered and the DJ stopped playing the music. Everyone was watching our stupid little fight.

He's just drunk. I kept reminding myself.

" I only wanted to date you in hopes of you buying me that cherry red BMW I've always wanted! " He laughed to himself and his friends started laughing with. My heart dropped at his words.

Except a drunk man's words is a sober man's thoughts...

I wrapped the leather jacket tighter around me.

Come on, Arianna. That was junior year. Just remember to forget.

I let out a breath and put on a small smile and walked downstairs to greet my family.

" Good morning. " I smiled, dad was reading the newspaper and glanced at me for a moment muttering a ' good morning ' back.

" Morning, Ari! " Camerom kissed me on the cheek.

" Hey, Cam. Where's mom? " at the same time mom popped out of the storeroom, sweating.

" Hey guys! " she waved enthusiastically, then went back in the storeroom.

Me and Cameron shared a look but ignored her otherwise.

" Hey daddy! " I grinned up at him, he glared at me and continued reading the newspapers. I can't believe he's still mad about ' that ', he wasn't the man who holds a grudge.

" I-i-im sorry.. " I pouted, giving him my best puppy dog eyes. His eyes soften as he hugged me.

" Oh! Pickles and nuggets! I can't stay mad at you forever so I'll pretend that it's Cameron's fault! " I chuckled through the hug when I heard Cameron complaining.

" Really feeling the love, dad. " Dad shrugged and lets go of the hug. " Come on, Ari, or we'll be late. I have a lot of appointments today. " Cameron stated looking at his watch.

" Dad, don't be mad, okay? This is my choice. You told me to write my own stories in life but dad, you have been writing it for me. I want this dad, for the better. " I nod my head in determination. Dad sigh.

" There's nothing I can do to stop you now, except, I want you to know Arianna, that me and your mother will always love you. Just the way you are. I wouldn't waste my time on asking for your confirmation about this again since your so determined. " Dad chuckled and turned to Cameron, " You better make her look nothing like you. "

Cameron smiled, " Thanks dad, I'll be sure to make her look nothing like my handsome self. And look like garbage, cough, oh sorry I meant you. " I laughed loudly.

Once we were outside, Cameron glanced at me and smirked,

" Let's make you beautiful, Troll. "
